I love this vet clinic! I feel bad I didnt switch sooner. Dr. Darren is so kind, concerned, and wants the best for your pet. Hr explains everything so you understand. Ken thevassitant was also amazing. Very gentle, listen to my concerns, and Groot warmed right up to him.

The staff is super awesome! My Lexcie walks in there like it's home. Very friendly and thorough care givers. Pet lovers for sure !!! Lexcie on the left.

I found out about this clinic on instagram they were offering a special wellness check. I can’t begin say how awesome they were from start to finish. The scheduling staff was so friendly and had appointments available. The Dr listened to my concerns and did a thorough exam on my cat. He was compassionate, caring, and treated my cat. I will definitely be bringing my other pets here from now on.

Best place ever! I used to see two of the vets when they were in West Allis. They moved out here, and coincidently so did I. I was actually reluctant to bring my dogs here, because I read some negative reviews about the front desk staff from a couple years ago. I am so glad I did!! The front desk were wonderful!!! They were kind and compassionate. Very professional. And Dr. Lipman was, as usual, amazing!

I won't be coming back. They don't respect their customers. I have taken 3 pets to this clinic over the last 3 years, including my dog who had terminal cancer. At first, I felt like the staff was friendly and the vet was very personable. However, some time after I started coming there they had changes to both their administrative policies and the never ending musical chairs of vet's we saw. In my most recent visit, I arrived 7 minutes late and was told by the receptionist that if I wanted my pet to see the vet today, I'd have to pay an $18 fee. Otherwise, they would reschedule my appointment. I attached a photo of their late policy she pointed to on their front desk. This is unreasonable. I am not often late but 5 minutes is the difference between hitting a long red light or not. Additionally, I have never been to a visit where they didn't seat us in an exam room and have us wait 10-15 minutes (each time). I accept that coming late to an appointment is unprofessional and can mess up their schedule. However, if I'm going to sit in the exam room for 15 minutes, I don't think it's truly about your schedule any longer.

Kayla was outstanding with my parent’s dog Sunny today! Like most dogs, Sunny gets quite nervous at the vet, and Kayla was willing to get and the ground with him to make him more comfortable. Great experience!

We took our chihuahua Arlo there for dental work. The Nurses and Dr. Dan handled Arlo so well and were very kind to all of us. They were very welcoming, and even went out of their way to cut his nails! An amazing experience overall. Arlo is doing fantastic now, and we are very thankful for all that they did for him.
