Family Pet Boarding

I have used both Jordan and Sophia at Family Pet Boarding as groomers. My dogs received excellent care and grooming. I highly recommend either Jordan or Sophia. Excellent groomers! Friendly caring staff!! Nice facility.

I have a 9 year old Chihauhau. She is a nervous dog that I made quite clear what her issues were and there never seem to be issue with when I filled out all the numerous paper work. The day I brought her in I would have thought calm would be in order but the noise level even made me nervous. This made her so nervous that she did bite out, but she did in fact bite me. I did let them know she was recovering from a strained neck and they brought out a neck leash which I would have thought that they would have known was not a good idea since this was info on her intake info. I was going to Door County for Three days and I was not available. The very next morning I get a call at 9 AM come and get your dog and she can never come back. This was NOT PROFESSONAL in my book. I then had to track down folks to go and pick her up. This was no suppose to happen. This is the worst facility and do not recommend it.

Our dog Ozzie hates grooming to the point that he gets very stressed and will bite. We heard good things about Jordyn and gave it a try. She is AMAZING!!! She has a way to keep our dog calm. Yes, for now we still give him a chill pill in advance and he is muzzled when grooming but the last visit she was able to get him all groomed and she noted he didn't seem stressed. We also love that if our dog is getting stressed she will stop and continue another day so it doesn't get to be a bad experience for the dog. We absolutely 💯 recommend her. A great establishment for daycare & boarding services. The staff are so genuine, kind & caring! They really do enjoy working with the dogs, making sure the dogs have fun, and creating a relationship with them. Definitely recommend bringing your pup here!! 😊

Brittany, Paige, and Marco have been amazing with my greyhound Shaker! As a new dog owner, I really appreciated how welcoming, kind, and flexible they were while helping him adjust. They clearly care about the dogs and create a comfortable, safe environment. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We have a 2 year old St. Bernard who we board with family pet boarding every time we leave town. They have always done a great job with her. They have an option to let her play with other dogs which she loves and gets lots of exercise from. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dog boarding services.

Family pet boarding boards animals and does grooming. I take my dog to Tracy for his grooming every 6 weeks or so. She is a wonderful groomer, very pleasant and knowledgeable and certainly loves dogs! I have used it for boarding as well. The ladies are very nice and took good care of my dog. They are also reasonably priced and I will use them again for sure.
