What a wonderful facility with a kind, caring and thorough staff. I didn’t know this place was here but it was recommended by my vet when we had an urgent but non emergency situation. It was perfect. And everyone we saw from the front desk person to vet techs and the veterinarian were so kind and helpful. The facility was clean and bright and welcoming and the check in process was easy and quick. Appointment times were readily available and easy to schedule. The services and fees were very transparent and I felt like my pet was well cared for and we left with a clear treatment plan. I will definitely keep PetMedic in mind in the future and highly recommend! Before and after photos of my dog, clearly feeling much better after his great treatment. Thank you PetMedic staff.

Dr. Resnick is incredibly knowledgeable, answers questions, and just hits that sweet spot of giving plenty of information and options along with best course of action advice. Based on initial care elsewhere, I thought my 12 yr. old Brutus had only days left unless I spent thousands on testing just to see if there were options. Dr. Resnick explored further and determined that Brutus had a very treatable condition that needed immediate attention, potentially extending his lifespan by several months. I'm so glad we came here. We're leaving with a clear, actionable plan prioritizing quality of life and comfort and with a much happier fur baby. The office staff are all welcoming and the vet tech was also knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience! The staff was amazing! They kept me informed every step of the way and clearly explained all costs before proceeding with anything. My dog was limping and I couldn’t figure out the cause, but they took great care of him, thoroughly evaluated him, and sent us home with a clear care plan. I had to bring my cat in because her vet was to busy. PetMedic was excellent from the beginning. They greeted us right away and brought us to a room. They listened carefully to our concerns and were empathetic. They treated Bella gently and kept us informed of her condition while in the back and also told us the prices ahead of time and let us make the decision on what to do or not do. If we said no to a test they didn’t make us feel bad. I will definitely go back again. The place is clean and they have a great team working there. Thank you for caring for Bella

I called around 11 AM on a Saturday afternoon with GI concerns for my middle-aged mixed breed dog. They had us come in at 12PM, got my dog right on the scale with no wait. We went back to a room, saw a tech within 5 minutes, and Dr Jackson within 10 minutes from my conversation with the tech. They let me handle my nervous pup during the exam and listened to all my concerns and took her medical history into careful consideration. Hands down the best experience I have had at a Vet Urgent Care/ER. From booking the appointment to treatment plans to price, I was so pleased. Highly recommend!

I wanted to share how great Pet Medic Urgent Care in Warwick was when my beloved dog Gibson was brought in suddenly on a Sunday morning. They came out to the car with a stretcher so we didn’t have to carry him in. There was no waiting , they brought us right into the examining room and quickly diagnosed him. After, they only showed compassion for the difficult decision we needed to make to put him to rest. I am forever thankful that the experience we had in the final hours with him was peaceful. They sent the cards below to me the other day with his paw prints and I was just overwhelmed with the kindness that they shared. I hope none of you ever needs their services but if you do, please keep them in mind because they are Amazing 😇🐶

Let’s be real, nobody likes bringing their pet to an emergency clinic. That being said, from the moment we entered (twice) to the time that we left, people were warm and friendly, obviously caring. They were knowledgeable and patient. They reduced our stress along with our cat Bob stress. The entire staff projected an air of confidence and caring about their profession and the individuals they treat. The clinic was clean and well organized. They provided us with education needed about Bobs Diabetes diagnosis. I would highly recommend this place without hesitation to anyone who’s worried about their beloved pet.
