Thank you to all the Staff at Banfield for caring for my Teddy for a decade, but most of all thank you to Brittany and Dawn for the kindness, compassion you both have personally gave to me (Danielle Bautista). You both left a print on my heart for just something as simple as showing compassion. Losing Teddy has changed me forever, and not the fact of him getting old, but having to watch him slowly decline in 1 week of a diagnosis 😔 Thank you, Dr. Hubbard for finding the time in between your busy schedule to accommodate Teddy prior to his passing, You are so sweet, and we appreciate everything you have done to keep Teddy comfortable. I would highly recommend Banfield to anyone, because they are such kind people who treat others pets as if they were their own, and shows so much kindness to pet parents 🩷

Our family has been with Banfield in Warwick, RI for 13 years. We just brought our pup in yesterday to get put down. They helped Rudy from the day we got him as a new pup until his last day alive. They have always been very caring and knowledgeable with our pets. We still come here even after moving to another state. Dawn at the front desk has always been a sweetie. Thank you Dawn for all your help with our lovely Rudy!!! You guys we amazing yesterday with the nicely set up room for him. He looked so comfortable and you guyswere so caring 💗 Thank you!!!!

I’ve been taking my cat, Harvey, to Banfield since July when he suddenly started having seizures. His care has been nothing short of incredible. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of speaking to is friendly and seems to have his best interest in mind. Today, he was particularly spicy and they were unable to complete his bloodwork but it was in his and the staff’s best interest to not even try. It was a team effort to get him in his carrier and I appreciate the effort and persistence of the staff. I don’t think he’s sorry whatsoever, but I am because he did a number on one of the staff members. I cannot express the extent of my gratitude in words alone but I am so glad I chose Banfield for his ongoing care. The OWP is an added bonus and has already saved me hundreds of dollars. I recommend this vet hospital to anyone who needs anything from preventative care to treatment of chronic conditions. Harvey is home now making biscuits and plotting how he’ll get out of his next bloodwork appointment (he won’t. We know better than to trust his sweet face again). Thank you to everyone who has been a part of his care, and especially to the staff who helped battle him today. I don’t know what I would do without all of you caring for him the way you do!

The staff at Banfield are always friendly and helpful making your pet feel welcomed. The Wellness Plans can help you save some money in preventive care depending on your needs/budget. Also the waiting area has plenty of room in case it gets crowded. The Banfield app will help you with scheduling your visit or checking your pets record anytime (highly recommended).

They have cancelled every appointment I have made at this location for 8 months now. No, that’s not an exaggeration. I keep having to go to other locations so my pets that are on wellness plans can be seen. Which isn’t fair as I live the closest to this location. I wish they would stop accepting appointments if they are incapable of keeping them. It delays care because then people have to scramble to replace the appointment at a different vets office or urgent care.

I have brought my fur babies there since 2015. I cannot say enough about Dr Jackson and the other vets who give my dogs excellent care. The understanding and compassion I received from Dr Jackson when it was time to put my German Shepard down was incredible. She had been her vet since we got Ziva so the relationship we built was important in deciding end of life. I am very pleased with all the interactions and I feel they no longer hard sell their many services.

What a great experience we had! So thorough and all my questions and concerns addressed. I highly recommend this place for your pet care! The wellness plans make it so affordable. I went in the room with them, and they had their testing done in back, ear swabs, bloodwork, etc.
