We urgently took our elderly kitty in after having a poor experience with a veterinary office we had been using for some time. The positive reviews brought us here and I’m so glad we moved. We were treated with such care and support. They were very transparent and showed genuine care and concern to help our sweet girl feel better. Ultimately, she was in pain and we had to make a tough decision. They guided us through the process. Despite only visiting the one time, they frequently checked on us and a week after our sweet girl passed, they sent a handwritten thoughtful card from the whole team. This touched our entire family deeply. We already planned on having our pup move here as well but this just reinforced our decision. Thank you to Caroline, Susan, Sam, Veronica, Caitlyn and Robin. Your thoughtfulness meant so much.

Have been taking my dog to Kindness for the past five years and they've always been great. They have very caring vets and techs who take good care of my dog. I always recommend Kindness when someone asks for a good vet.

I went here to get my kittens checked up for an initial exam. The front desk staff was nice and kind. The doctor, whose name I don't remember because she rushed through the appointment, barely checked the cats and was dismissive of my questions and concerns. Only weight and heartbeat was checked, and also they clipped both cats nails, reluctantly. I feel like more could have been done for the cats and to ease the stress of new cat parents. It felt rushed and cold. I thought that the paws would be checked out, the coat of fur could be assessed, maybe check their eyes and ears? I know Healthcare for humans is a mess...but cats too?

Dr. Geoff and the rest of the Kindness Animal Hospital team are the best! They are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I always appreciate how they take time to explain the plan of care, and make sure all my questions are answered. Highly recommend!

Kindness animal hospital is wonderful! I just got my puppy spayed there and they have been responsive & even when I was worried they made time to check up on my puppy! Adorable and price transparent as well, I 100% recommend them, especially after going to other vets and not having the best experience.

My dog needed surgery so she could walk again. It's been about 4 months since I could take her for walks because of her limp and bad ACL. She didn't even want to go for a walk. Yesterday we took her for her first walk and we both had tears in our eyes at how well she did. She already begs at her leash again to go for a walk. Thank you sooooooooo much!

Outstanding and down to earth veterinary services. Took my kittens in for spaying and one had a tumor that was removed . Fortunately it was not cancerous. The entire staff was informative, helpful and practical. In addition I could reach the doc via email and text. My initial experience was fantastic !
