I cannot say enough good things about SEVN! We visited yesterday for a six month recheck. The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel seen and heard. We’ve been managing complex epilepsy in my dog for the past two years and had previously been seeing another neurologist, but seeking a second opinion at SEVN last fall was one of the best decisions we’ve made. They made me feel truly validated and supported during an incredibly difficult journey. With their help in managing his care, we have achieved a seizure frequency reduction of greater than 90% compared to when we started. They genuinely care about my pup’s well-being, are quick to respond to calls and questions, and have become such an important part of his seizure management team. Their knowledge, compassion, and support mean more to us than I can express. Thank you so much for everything you do!

My dog is reactive but the staff were patient and kind to him. Jamie Caroline was wonderful. She was very compassionate and explained things well and fully and answered all of my questions. I was kept up to date with phone calls which I appreciated. Thank you to all the friends that Treasure made while they took care of him. We appreciate you all!!! Patience, kindness, compassion and knowledge. They diagnosed my boy and he is on his way to healing.

It seems like excellence at SEVN is a cultural norm. What a great practice that took care of our baby, Arlo, after his injury in a car wreck. He seems to be thriving, albeit we know he has a ways to go yet. Thank you for your expertise, care, professionalism and love for our little boy! The entire staffwas great, but especially Dr. Caroline. The clear communication and patience in explaining everything going on is invaluable.

The team was friendly, professional and caring. I was hoping for a thorough (second opinion) consult regarding my dog's spinal tumor. Dr. Clarke spent a significant amount of time with me, more than any other specialist. He examined my dog, explained the diagnosis, discussed treatment options and their risks, described the surgical procedure and recovery process... In short, the consult was more than I had hoped for. Dr. Clarke is the kind of doctor every pet owner hopes to have caring for his/her pet. Thank you, everyone!

After over 2 years of chemotherapy Daisy graduated this week. The compassionate staff at SEVN took our hand and walked us through Daisy's journey. We have our little girl back stronger than ever we are blessed to have such have specialized care in our community. A special thanks to Dr. Conte during his residency at SEVN for his tender touch during such a difficult time.

Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely care about us and our pup. Dr. Clarke was very open about our dog's condition and prognosis. He explained everything in a way I could understand. The things that stood out the most though were the regular phone calls we received while Baron was in your care. On the second night of his stay we received a phone call from someone on your staff. It was just before the 7 PM shift change and she wanted to let us know how Baron was. She said that she had a soft spot for miniature schnauzers and when my wife asked her for a picture, she sent one plus a video of her petting and talking to our Baron. WOW that was impactful and uplifting! So thank you for doing that, it meant so much to us both.
