Dr. Robertson and the entire staff are excellent! Dr. Robertson was upfront about the possible complications and extra costs related to ear canal surgery on my 14 year old Shih Tzu. The surgery was flawless! There were no complications or extra costs! Dr. Robertson is amazing and so is the staff. Pip Pip was treated very well by all!

They go above and beyond to make your dog as comfortable as possible in very difficult situations. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pariser and her staff are absolutely fabulous. My dog has struggled with allergies for years, and she has been the first doctor to actually help her. Our dog has been stable with her allergies for a few years now and we are so thankful! Also a shoutout to Evan- who was fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us resolve an issue with our pharmacy. Thank you!

CVVD is wonderful, and hands down the best vet dermatology office in Virginia Beach. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, and truly care about your pets needs. I have brought my dog Randall to numerous vets. He is fear reactive and typically gets snappy at the vet before they can even touch him! The first time I brought him to see Dr. Robertson, I was amazed at how calm my dog remained. I’ve never seen him behave so well at the vet. Dr Robertson and her tech, Michele, are consistently patient and make the experience minimally stressful for both pets and parents! Thanks to the team at CVVD, we are finally getting my pups allergies under control. I was so impressed with Dr. Robertson, Michelle, and the staff at CVVD! Dr. Robertson is extremely friendly and showed my dog so much love. I cannot thank her enough for the time she spent explaining and checking my fur baby out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! What a great experience. The first thing I told my husband when I got home was "Wow! That was the best vet visit EVER!"

Had to leave a message to try to make an appointment. When there was no return call several hours later I called again and a man answered the appointment extension number to tell me that they would get back to me and there would be a $247.00 fee at the time the appointment is made prior to any service. I asked if they were understaffed and he said, not when we get to you and repeated the fee for making an appointment. By the end of the day there was no call from them.
