All the staff are very professional and friendly. Especially the door keeper Maureen. She is professional and very friendly. She does a good job directing traffic and making sure folks go down the proper aisle. She has her work cut out, when people don't have any of their records. She keeps things moving and does a great job. Also the prices are way cheaper then other vet clinics. Thanks PAWS for all you do!!

Best Place in VA Beach to receive reasonably priced vaccinations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love the care they give.

I had a wonderful first experience here. My boyfriend and I took our puppy to get her yearly vaccinations. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. We didn’t wait too long before being taken back and within 10 minutes, her flea and tick/heartworm results came back. 10/10 recommend and the prices are unbeatable. I would’ve paid $600 for everything at the regular vet

Great job at the veterinarian! This is our 2nd dog here, so we are always happy to return since 2016. We have noticed that the front store check in has changed in the pet store portion - throughly checking our dogs paperwork and a lot of questions before letting us go back to the clinic . These are pets store employees, not clinical staff. We are not comfortable buying from this pet store here due to over surveillance for just looking and try to get to the clinic only.

Every single staff member there is absolutely wonderful......except for Maureen. Unfortunately she is seemingly the face of the clinic as she is the first person you have to talk to check in. Be careful if you go this clinic and dont have a perfectly behaved dog, because she will talk about you and your dog to other clients, which is unprofessional at best. If you look at any negative comment on here, they are all in relation to the front person, which is Maureen. Even the staff there apologize for her rudeness and tell you that there have been multiple complaints about her. I have referred so many people to this clinic but never again. You can forgive if someone is having a bad day, but this is repeated behavior by Maureen on 3 separate occasions. Twice occurred when i brought in my puppy and one of the times she berated me for being 1 week late on a booster vaccine. She must be related to the owners because nothing seems to happen when complaints are made by multiple different people. Avoid this clinic. There are other cheap clinics in the area that do not employ rude and disrespectful staff. I will say, the manager, Kevin, is wonderful and helpful. But one person consistently making an experience bad negates anything positive this clinic has to offer.

I took my cat for his booster rabies shot today and they would not examine him because he was stressed out by all dogs surrounding him so when he got back there he was not cooperative. Was not happy. They should have special times just for cats and provide some sort of calming therapy for stressed out animals.

This place has been a lifesaver! I already buy my dog food here and decided to get my dogs shots and exam here. The staff was incredibly kind and caring. I was going to have to spend 350 at the vet for everything and I walked out of here with shots and followup shots/exam for 100! Definitely worth the time and effort. They deserve 100 stars !
