I originally had a problem with this practice due to an Issue of miscommunication, but thankfully, one of the staff members reached out to me and helped me understand the issues pertaining to my little Gatsby. Gatsby, my little miniature poodle, loves this practice And gets excited every time he comes. He loves the staff there and they have treated him very well and then in fact They have done an incredible job with maintaining Gatsby’s health. I think that they are actually a great practice. I just lost my patience with them one time and that was resolved due to their excellent service.

I've been coming here since my babies were babies. I love Dr. Vu and his staff. They are the best. They have been there for us in emergencies, routine care and chronic conditions. I trust them immensely and so do my cats. They're professional, compassionate and reasonable. A great team of people who care. ❤️

Absolutely amazing service. We had an emergency and called at least five vets prior to here with no luck. Hill top was able to squeeze us in between appointments with the best care for my dog. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, we were not rushed by any means. The pricing was also super affordable for the quality of care. Definitely recommend.

The visit with Kaos was very thorough despite thinking I was only taking him in for an updated rabies. They helped me with a few other simple things like nail clipping and addressing a few mats. They were very kind and patient unlike my cat that day. 😂

This is the hardest review I’ll ever write, but the staff here deserve all the praise I can give. We brought our epileptic pitbull, Harvey, in during a severe status seizure, and they were the closest clinic able to take him immediately. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. The vet was honest and straightforward while doing everything possible to help Harvey. When it became clear he wasn’t going to come out of the seizure, the staff gave us space to talk as a family. Harvey crossed the 🌈 bridge shortly after, and they supported us through every step—with tissues, reassurance, and genuine empathy. The Vet talked us through each step and prepared us for what was going to happen. I had my 5-year-old daughter with me, and one of the staff members kindly offered to walk her around during the procedure. They even gave her a coloring book, crayons, and a little toy cat she now sleeps with every night. She says it makes her feel closer to Harvey since that is the last place she got to be with him. That kindness meant the world to us. They let us stay with Harvey as long as we needed and treated him—and us—with so much respect and compassion. I will never forget their care during such an incredibly painful moment. I am forever grateful to this team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.

I’ve been going to Hilltop since I moved to VB in 2023 and Dr. Britton has made the transition SO EASY and even pleasurable! She is the most compassionate and that is SUPER important to me! They always give you a quote when you start so no surprise charges and honestly the pricing is great too. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been bring my cat for over a year for breathing issues. Every time they have a new diagnosis. My cat has gone from asthma to pneumonia to bronchitis in one year. Endless test and X-rays. Sent him to specialists and never heard back until I called and asked about results. Received some negligent excuse on why specialist never got back to us. Took my other cat for a paw issue. Took 30 mins for someone to come in the room (had to ask someone if anyone was coming). After waiting for about 30 mins for dismissal I get out the room waited at front desk. My 2 year old went to touch the brochures and Front desk assistant Dottsie, with nasty attitude told me my daughter was messing with things at the front and needed to grab my daughter. I told dottsie I really wanted to leave after being in the vet for almost 2 hours. Vet tech quickly brought out medicine after that sour moment. Wish they worked faster as it was a slow day at the vet. After receiving rude attitude from Dottsie for over a year her making it seem that my daughter was destroying things when she was simply touching brochures is the final straw for me. If you don’t want children in the office please specify or put signs up.
