I cannot say enough good things about Ally Urgent Care Veterinary Hospital. The staff was compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about my pet during a very stressful time. From the moment we walked in, Liz and Debbie treated us with kindness and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr.E was knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure all of our questions were answered. Her and the staff were very quick to arrange the same-day ultrasound, that was imperative to getting answers to my pet’s prognosis. The technician Jessica and the two Assistance, Kristen and Gene were all very helpful in answering questions and explaining the treatment plan. If you’re looking for an urgent veterinary hospital that combines excellent medical care with genuine concern for both pets and their owners, I highly recommend Ally Urgent Care Veterinary Hospital. Waited a while but that is a testament as to how popular they are and with good reason!! The front desk person was so kind and patient. I just got off a 10hr work day and I was tired and hungry and feeling a little impatient. He empathized and kindly checked us in and got us into a room and seen after our 30 min wait. The doctor came in and thoroughly looked over my puppers and was just so good with him the entire time. She spoke in a calm and efficient tone that eased my temperament and helped me to understand what was needed. Not that I was rude or anything, just obviously tired. The office and rooms were also extremely clean! No smells, and very inviting. We will definitely be back for all of our urgent needs. Thank you for providing such a great service even after I was feeling a little rushed to get home. Kindness is everything and y’all do that so well!!

I had to take my dog here after he was bitten by another dog and from start to finish they were kind and knowledgeable. I was so stressed and anxious about my poor baby and his injury but they treated my dog and I both with kindness, respect and patience. They clearly outlined all our options and the benefits and cons of both. All the staff were knowledgeable and professional from start to end. We left with everything we needed (care, medications and a cone). I hope I never have to take him to urgent care again but l, if I do, I feel better knowing they're here if I need them for my fur baby.

The ladies at Ally Urgent Vet saved my dog Elliott's life. I brought him in with some bazaar symptoms, he was not himself, after his vet couldn't see him until next week. After a complete work up, including blood work, it was determined Elliot had Pancreatitis. We developed a game plan, and Ally was clear with prices the entire way. I felt supported by the most caring and qualified staff, which made making decisions on Elliotts behalf much easier. Elliot was very sick. I took him back three times which was part of the plan to receive injections, Xrays and fluids for him. He got worse before he got a lot better. I now feel so grateful to have my happy go lucky, goofy dog back. He is not 100% better quite yet but we are heading in the right direction. I highly recommend Ally Urgent Vet if you have a fur baby not feeling well. The team there is exceptional at helping getting your pet feeling better, and they truly care about your animal. I pray you never need an Urgent Care vet but if you do, don't hesitate and reach out to Ally.

We brought our dog Cheerio in for tick bites, and this urgent care exceeded every expectation. Even though we called at 4:10pm and they close at 5, they still welcomed us to place ourselves in line and start driving over. Gracie guided us through check‑in with patience and warmth, and by the time we arrived, about 30 minutes later, they were ready for us. The doctor was incredibly attentive, professional, and gentle with Cheerio, taking the time to explain everything and make sure he was comfortable. It’s clear this team truly cares about animals and the people who love them. We’re so thankful for the exceptional care.

Wow what a breath of fresh air. Dr. Renfrow and team was amazing—compassionate, informative and empowering. I wanted to have some feral cats treated and not spend a small fortune and they were exactly what I needed. I so appreciate their complete understanding of our situation and how precisely they understood the assignment giving us varied choices in treatment. A top tier of providers I’m so happy to have found.
