Three Creeks Veterinary Clinic – Urgent Care

Wow! Amazing experience at Three Creeks today. They got my cat back right away even though they were busy. They were patient, thorough, and so kind. I had a similar experience at Three Creeks about a year ago with my dog, and then today's experience really confirmed this place is awesome. Definitely recommend taking your pets here!

I absolutely would recommend this place if you can’t get into your regular veterinary clinic. I brought my cat here because he was acting unusual, stretching a lot just not normal. Dr. Griffith was extremely thorough. He explained everything to me and gave me options of what I could do. The place/room was very clean. After thoroughly examining my cat and taking x-rays, he sent us home with some pain medication. I took him in to see his regular vet a couple days later for a follow up. They reviewed the records from three creeks and even my veterinarian commented on how impressed she was with the thorough notes that they took. Both Dr. Griffith and the technicians were very kind and gentle with my cat. Yes these types of visits can be expensive, but that is what responsible pet owners do. Thank you three creeks.

I took our puppy Mephi here for a suspected ear infection and the doctor was so gentle with him. Mephi is terrified at vet visits after a bad experience at our regular vet's office. They took all appropriate precautions to safely handle him and were extremely understanding, even when his behavior was intimidating. I'm hoping we won't need urgent care much but if we do, this is where we will bring him.

Our appointment was on time. The staff were nice. Dr. Nate came up with treatment plan and we were on our way. It was nice to be able to have my pup treated in a timely fashion.

They were able to get my dog in the day after I called. The receptionist was rude on the phone and acted like me calling was an imposition. The staff was over an hour late and I wasn't notified about it until I after I had arrived. Care was adequate but rushed and I didn't feel like they fully investigated the issue my dog had.

My dog was extremely sick, my veterinarian recommended this place for such short notice. They were super friendly and kind. They worked with me to have an affordable but EFFECTIVE plan to heal my dog from Salmon Poisoning. Would recommend them highly!!

This is NOT a walk-in facility even though it says so on the website. Also, appointments can only be made the same day you want to bring in your pet. We got very good advice and service here. Nice people, clean, pretty reasonable prices.
