Great experience here. I have an 18 year old rescue pup along with the rest of my menagerie. The dr and staff were so sweet with my old girl and ordered the medication she needed to be as comfortable as possible. They even added a new one that helps with her arthritis. She is definitely a crunchy old girl but living her best life.

We had such a good experience with Rose City Animal Clinic. The entire staff was so kind, compassionate, and understanding during a very stressful time with our cat, Toffee. They took great care of her, kept us updated, and treated her with so much love and attention. You can tell they truly care about animals and the families who love them. We are so thankful for the care Toffee received and for the kindness everyone showed us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet that is both professional and genuinely caring.

We have been with this vet office for years and never had any issues. But recently, they were so supportive, compassionate, informative and helpful as we navigated an aggressive cancer diagnosis in our beloved Great Dane. Everyone was amazing, but a special shout out to Courtlyn, a vet tech there who was literally the most supportive and caring human I’ve ever met. Truly a gem of a vet office.

I rarely write reviews but RCAM is so wonderful I couldn’t help but brag! I’ve been using them as our vet for 4+ years — since my first dog was a puppy & then for my second dog. They’re experienced, super responsive & always quick to accommodate. I’ve never waited more than a day or two for an appointment & their long hours are amazing. I also LOVE that they answer so many questions over the phone. All the vets / techs are easy to work with & always try to make my pups feel comfortable/ safe in the exam room. I once had them clip my anxious pup’s nails during her routine exam when they took her to the back — and no joke I could hear them quietly SINGING "you’re soooo brave!" to my dog through the wall hahaahaha it was amazing. If you want a staff who really cares about your pet, this is the vet to choose! I’ve recommended them to all my friends & will keep doing so 🙂

We found this clinic through a recommendation from another animal hospital that couldn’t take our sick boy after we first moved to Tyler. They treated us so well and got him in so fast that we kept them for all of our dogs. All appointments made with them have been timely, and they call to remind you the day before, which is a nice touch. With my sick boy, they gave us options and were very honest about their thoughts on what would be best for him. He had cancer, and we sadly had to put our sick boy to sleep. They treated us and the situation with great kindness and understanding. They allowed us to spend a few hours with him outside in the grass and permitted us to bring one of our other dogs, with which he was bonded, to be there for the moment. They never rushed us or told us when it was time; they let us make that decision ourselves. It was beautiful. They are professional, very friendly, and even work with our anxiety-fueled, hard-to-handle dog better than anyone else ever has, including our old vet back in Albuquerque. They are very clean, and the price is excellent compared to other clinics for the quality of care you get. I highly recommend them for any of your pet needs.

My two dogs 🐶🐾🐶 received their annual checkups and had grooming services. The vet and staff are kind and knowledgeable. My dogs had no signs of stress. The summer cuts were perfect with cost extremely reasonable. One of my dogs is special needs, and requires much patience. 😻 Much appreciation! 🩷🩷

They were so compassionate with our dog’s end of care treatment with guiding and supporting us through his transition. So grateful for their help and service in creating a respectful and careful process. Much gratitude to them.
