Edit- Second visit 6-5-2026 I called today to schedule an appointment, and they just so happen to have one available today at 1 p m , so I took it. I got here about 5 minutes early. about 30 minutes into me waiting, the front desk lady tells me that they're just wrapping up with someone and I'll be seen shortly. at 140 I then asked the lady if I will be seen soon and she starts telling me about how the guy was there "first". I said, okay, I apologize, I thought my appointment was at 1 and she proceeds to say "yes, your appointment was at 1, but this isn't a hamburger making place where it's done in one minute". I was shocked. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes this is how you speak to your client. Ill never come here again. I'm starting to really believe the theory about the "mask dropping" on the second visit at these vet clinics. The environment itself is so calm and then the workers there are so pleasant and kind. The doctor explains everything he is doing. He does not push anything on you. He just informs you with information that you need. This was an excellent experience. I felt safe. I felt like my dog was safe. And I felt like my money was safe.

Dr K is awesome and reasonable! Great vet and always honest! I’ve compared his prices with a friend that I have that’s a vet and she says his prices are lower than her friends and family discounts. On top of affordability he takes great care of my 2 dogs and has never lead me wrong!

Great people, very trustworthy. Place goes out of their way to make my puppy comfortable. Only vet I would trust in Arizona.

this is my main vet clinic for all of my animals. The doctor handles the animals very well and they always feel comfortable. They work with you when you are limited on funds and help break down most needed-not so much something you have to do right now. He handles my big dogs down to my cats

I have taken my pets here since 2000. I highly recommend Dr Kaufman.

When we moved to Tucson, we used our neighborhood association's recommendation list and got connected to Dr. Kaufman, and have felt so lucky ever since. Dr Kaufman and his team are so kind, accessible, accommodating, etc. Our dog got bit by a coyote and he got us right in and cleaned her up and saved us an emergency vet bill. We've gotten the best care from routine to valley fever and pancreatitis. I'm especially grateful for his level-headed approach to some tumors on our dog; he offered all the options without any pressure or guilt, just so much kindness.

Absolutely rude called to get my 8-week-old puppy her shots and they tell me they're not taking any new clients so if you have a dog that really needs to be taken care of these people will not take care of it because they're taking a hiatus quite literally what she told me most rudest lady on the phone
