Willowbrook Veterinary Hospital

We are new to the area and I am thrilled to have stumbled upon Willowbrook Veterinary Hospital. We have seen Dr. Dougherty and she is just the sweetest. Her care for our pup is so gentle and loving as if he were her own. In fact, all of the staff have been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to care for our pup (and us!) and we would definitely recommend them!

Roxy gets excellent care at this practice. The doctor always gives me good guidance in her weight and behavior changes. I appreciate not having to wait when I arrive. Everything runs well and on time which in past experiences this was not true.

Our dog Hannah had a cancerous tumor. They removed it and did such a wonderful job with the surgery. Dr. Dougherty was amazing. The support team of Karen and Michael was terrific too! I would wholeheartedly recommend this Veterinary hospital.

Willowbrook veterinary has always treated by dog since she was a puppy. The doctor is always caring and compassionate when providing service to my dog. She listens attentively when we raise our concerns about the health of our dog and provides us with guidance to help her feel better. I always feel welcomed here with my pet. They treat her like it was their own dog. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else

I’m so sad to be moving and have to leave Willowbrook Vet Hospital. I’ve been taking my cat Penny to see the team there for 5 years and it’s been an incredible experience. It’s clear as day that Dr. Trerise and the entire team really care about their patients. Karen at the front desk is a gem! She always remembers Penny when I call and has fielded more than one freaked-out call from me with kindness and compassion. I’m so sad to not have Willowbrook as my vet, but so grateful to everyone on staff for the care they’ve taken for my kitty.

Took my cat here on 8/4/23 ( Friday ) for the FVRCP shot, bi-annual wellness exam and ova & parasites test and it was a disappointing experience! The vet wanted to give my cat a rabies shot as well then I was overcharged like a first timer when I had told the young lady upfront we have been there before. Also was supposed to get a call the following Monday with the results for the Ova & Parasites test and never did. Had to call myself a week later for the results. The first time I went there, everything was great… now it was just the opposite for me. But I am glad some people are having a good experience according to some recent reviews, just wasn’t the case for me. Will not be returning!

The staff at Willowbrook provide excellent care and support for my puppy. They are responsive, highly competent, and follow up to make sure everything is going ok. High marks!
