Banfield Pet Hospital

I absolutely love this Banfield. It's the best one I have been to. Tha staff is AMAZING and the care that my animals receive are top tier. Dr. Ezell and team are amazing keeping my stray I took in healthy and happy. I can't stress enough how great this team is. They truly care about your fur babies.

We were scared into believing our dog had cancer. That we had to either pay 1200 upfront or sign up for their in house wellness plans for a year in addition to the testing cost that still totaled over 1400. This was just to get some testing done. Even after the testing they said it was inconclusive, that they can’t say it’s cancer, and that they still couldn’t make a final determination on what was going on. We came in worried about my dog just to be taken advantage of. We are still stuck in the same spot we were before coming here. Absolutely no help at all.

Had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My dog was very well cared for. I appreciate all their dedication and hard work toward my dog’s health. The doc was great at listening and answered all questions. Great experience. Thanks!

I enjoy how Dr Dutta explains us our results for the physical. I am late with this however Dr Dutta healed our pup from a renal disorder last year that a veterinarian specialist couldn't. The specialty clinic was in Round rock, TX . We will continue with him.

My dogs are always met with the warmest greetings. I never have an issue with dropping and leaving them. I know they will be well cared for.

Very friendly, caring staff. My puppy is always well-taken care of here and he never is afraid to go to the vet's because of how well he is treated. They are also very flexible with their hours and allow for early morning drop-off and late afternoon pick-ups for the busy pet-parent. The fact that it's located inside a PetSmart is also very convenient since I am able to pick up supplies while I wait. My only dissatisfaction is that they aren't able to board dogs like my previous vet's office, but this is understandably because of PetSmart's hours and for pet safety.

Banfield in Temple, Texas really cares about your babies. They took care of my Biscuit after he went through an tragic event.. getting bit by a dog at 8 weeks old. They ensured he was safe and healthy, and now Biscuit is on a health plan to ensure that he continues a healthy journey.
