Animal Emergency Center of Temple- Belton

The staff here has been extremely courteous, kind, and professional. Most recently, I brought my boy, Sherman. Unfortunately, it was time to say goodbye, but the staff did a great job helping him and us through this rough time. We purchased a clay paw print and it’s easy to see the care that was put into it. His paw print looks beautiful. In the past, I have brought 2 of my cats and the staff was amazing then as well. Both cats are now healthy and happy as can be. We would like to give a big thank you to everyone here.

Went there in a Saturday night with my chiahuha having a infection and needing a emergency surgery. All the staffs and Doctors was extremely kind and took well care of us and my puppy. I’m so glad she came back home. She was at the hospital for 2 nights, came back home already eating and drinking. She’s way better than what I thought she would after a mass surgery like that. Dr Kingstad did a amazing job, I’m so glad and honestly surprised because it had a big chance of a negative answer but he did a great job. I’m glad my baby was in good hands. Every penny was worth just to have her home with me. Thank you so much!!!

I can't thank the team at Animal Emergency Center of Temple enough for being there during such a critical time. I brought in a one wk old orphaned kitten we were trying to keep alive. Between the worry, lack of sleep, and feeling completely out of my depth, I was a wreck. Mike and Denise were absolute lifesavers!! They were incredibly calm and patient with me. They took the time to explain every step of the care process, which set my mind at ease. I truly don't think I could have done this without their expertise and support. Weeks later, the kitten is doing wonderfully! If you have a pet emergency, this is the team you want in your corner with their care and compassion

Temple Belton Emergency Veterinarian in the Bird Creek Shopping Center was so very accommodating and the wait time was minimal. From the friendly front desk to the doctors and Techs my cat was well by the next day! They were so sweet and helpful to my cat and even dressed him up as a cowboy! I was happy they took my Care Credit card.

I am so happy I made the decision to take my 10 month old puppy to this location! I got her there as fast as I could when she started to show that something was wrong. We got into a room and were waiting when all of a sudden things turned for the worse for my baby. I went to the front desk to let her know my puppy isn’t responding to us and completely just laid down not wanting to move anymore. She grabbed other staff members who then grabbed my puppies cage and went straight to work. They couldn’t figure out what had happened right away, but once they received her blood work back they knew exactly what it was. I am so grateful for the help they provided to my Cuatro, it’s been almost a full week and she is back to her VERY happy playful self.

Our sweet fur baby Paco got very sick suddenly on Christmas Day and we brought him here for treatment. God called Paco home the next morning but I truly believe they did everything possible to try and save him and to make him as comfortable as possible. The entire team was also very supportive of my wife & I during this tough time. There are no words in the english language that can adequately explain how grateful my wife & I are for each and every one of these people for sacrificing their Christmas so that out sweet baby could have the treatment he needed to be as comfortable as possible and to have the best opportunity to fight for his life. We want to thank Dr. Gage and every single one of you from the bottom of our hearts. I truly believe you guys did everything you could and some things are just meant to be, even though we may never know what the reason is. God bless you guys. Chris & Laura Twilley

They were able to take care of my cat. He came in due to a side effect of an extreme pain medicine. They showed me how to give him his mouth wash and was clear with the medications they were going to give him. The staff was really nice, respectful, and empathetic to what was going on. They got 4 stars because they shave my cat's leg and didn't tell me. I just dont like surprises when it comes to my cat. But if they would have told me, then 5 stars. Thank you
