VCA Tri City Animal Hospital and Acacia Cat Hospital

Tri City's receptionist staff, vet techs, and Dr Kostov are amazing human beings. Dr Kostov reached out to me during my cat's referred emergency vet stay, and asked for updates throughout the process and after her recovery. I will stay with VCA Tri City for as long as Dr Kostov is practicing there.

My cat was sick for 5 days. Regular vet couldn't see her until the next week fully 5 days later. Called around, got a same day appointment. The clinic is very clean, Dr Brough was great, and the cost, including medication, was much lower than expected. The starting fee schedule is on their website. Highly recommend.

Took my Lennon kitty here when he started to being lethargic and not eating and Dr.Kostov did so much to help us to figure out what was wrong with him and saved his life!!! Cannot thank her and this vet enough! They really care and made a difficult experience as easy as they could. Forever grateful!

We drive an hour to take our dog to this vet specifically, we love it here! Vets are always so nice and knowledgeable and treat my pets with care.

I wish I could rate this place higher! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left there was so much comfort. My trucking cat and best friend passed away in December. My daughter and I walked in unmasked and crying. The receptionist was on top of things immediately. She immediately went back for a vet tech and then brought us water. It wasn't but a minute before we were taken to a room. Unfortunately we were told he had passed. The rest was all done at our convenience. We were given a button to call them when we knew how we wanted to continue. While on the phone with my husband, the vet tech assured me she could get me a bit of hair and prints. The prints came back to me in an amazing container. We had a private exit, which we both really appreciated. A few days later I realized I wasn't happy with my selection of cremation. I called back and they were able to accommodate me. I was able to pay over the phone. I received my baby back much earlier than I was told. Then a week or so later we got a personalized card in the usps mail. How can a heart break and be so full at the same time? Thank you to everyone at this establishment! Thank you!

Yesterday I had to do one of the hardest things of my life...say goodbye to my Carlito. It's been me and him for the past 16 years and this was of my most difficult days. Thank you to Dr. Lucy and staff for your patience, understanding and for taking good care of my Carlito. I know he was fiesty and your patience made all the difference in the world to me and him. I know you are taking good care of him until he is able to be returned to me and come home.
