Dr. Johnson was absolutely AMAZING! As well as Megan/Kyla! My baby Luna absolutely loved them! They were very caring and eager to help. Hands down the BEST vet experience ever! The entire staff was so welcoming and kind from start to finish. They took amazing care of her, kept me informed, and truly treated her like their own. I scheduled a last minute appointment and they squeezed us in immediately. They truly care about our fur babies! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but here! We love the Taylor Animal Hospital team! My family recently moved to Hutto from Cedar Park and our 14 year old girl needs monthly injections for arthritis pain management. The drive to Cedar Park was really hard on her and she had to recover for a couple of days after just from the travel so we sought out a new vet in our area. The team was so welcoming and sweet with my girl. She is always nervous at vet offices and can will sometimes need to be muzzled but the team was willing to go slow with Jade at her first appointment. Now she doesn’t even get nervous when we go! I was blown away with their service. They gave her an adorable fall bandana. And we got a sweet card in the mail after our first appointment 🥰 I’m so happy to have found Taylor Animal Hospital! I took my 15 year old cat to the clinic and was MORE than impressed by the care and attention that was given to my little man. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and very compassionate. My little man is already showing a positive change since our visit, and it's thanks to them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs an amazing vet clinic. They certainly have clients for life. My cat was having urinary issues and I called to see first available. They were able to see my cat in 15 minutes and were quick even with me being a walk in. They also didn’t pressure me into treatments without explaining why it was necessary… I will definitely be bringing all my pets here for all their needs ❤️

Taylor is home to the most compassionate veterinary care I have ever experienced. When I brought my pet to Dr. Dillon Johnson, I was faced with some very difficult news, and he handled the situation with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. Seeing how upset I was, he got down beside me and carefully explained everything that was happening and what needed to be done. Throughout the entire process, he supported both me and my pet, treating my animal as if it were his own. That same compassion extends to his staff, who were also incredibly caring and attentive. My dog was extremely sick. I knew he wasn't going to make it and didn't want him suffering any longer. Contacted the office and was scheduled very quickly. The staff was amazing and very sympathetic with my situation. They handled my best friend with the utmost care. I will never go to any other vet besides this one. I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for treating my pup the best possible until his last breath.

Thank you to the wonderful veterinarian and assistant for helping my 13 year old shepard pass away as peacefully as possible. Thier sincerity of compassion is genuine. Truly professional. I highly recommend that if you need this service, this group knows what they are doing. Thank you.
