A W Animal Hospital

Today I went to AW Animal Hospital for the first time! It was very clean and Ms. Liza is so very friendly on the phone and in person. When I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile! My non-profit, A Journey with Lupus, donated crocheted cage blankets. We love the animals!😍

Doctor literally showed no care for my dog. He did not even touch her once. She is a senior who was having milky discharge which could be a huge problem. He didn't even look at her *private bits. He suggested an xray and blood work. I have consulted others and urinaylsis should have been chosen before xray but he wanted that$$. I did the blood work and my fiancé called for further questions because he was at work. The vet came in and seemed visibly annoyed before my fiancé even spoke. The vet assistant with blue in her hair seemed very nice and way more caring than the vet, however an assistant can't do much and she was really young. I asked multiple times for everything explained to me about her results to be on paper because she had high liver enzymes. They said I would get it up front and they'd have me schedule another appointment. Apparently they didn't communicate to the receptionist any of that and all I ended up getting was a plain diagram of the bloodwork hardly able to see. They also didn't even want her previous paper work which is the first vet I've seen not care about that, kinda sketchy. Ended up calling and cancelling the appointment when the antibiotics worked and receptionist was at least nice & didn't charge cancellation fee. Wrote this review 6 months ago and my dog passed a couple weeks after our visit. She had a stroke and we had her put down.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! You are truly treated like family here. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and welcoming. I was in a complete panic over my cat, Fifi, and when I called with my million questions, they instantly comforted and calmed me down. I really appreciated that I wasn’t treated like just another client — they spoke to me with genuine kindness and empathy. Every visit has been the same experience. The staff and doctors always make us feel so welcome. I encourage everyone to bring their pets here! I absolutely love everyone at A W Hospital — and my cat Fifi does too ❤️

Very kind and knowledgeable staff! They made sure I was educated on how to properly provide aftercare for my injured cat. The veterinarian technician Cassie was a great help with treating my scared hurting fur baby! They also kept the bill very affordable during this tough economic time. Thank you so much!

Super kind and compassionate staff! They were super sweet and patient with my two rowdy puppies and got them all set up with the recommended vaccines and preventative care. The doctor also made time to see a kitten we found under the hood of our car super last minute which was greatly appreciated. Everyone I interacted with in office was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent vet. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Very caring vet and the staff was incredible. The vet tech Brooklyn was extremely nice and loves the animals very much, she was able to handle my fur baby with care and love and took extra time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The entire staff at AW Animal Hospital can be counted on to make sure your pet receives the best care possible. They have pets of their own that they love and they know what your pet means to you. AND they work together as a team. An extra set of eyes is always a good thing. They consult with each other on cases and value each other's opinion. I have seen them do this with my goldendoodle and my poodle. My goldendoodle had eye surgery yesterday to correct the edges from turning in and lashes scratching her eyeball. Today I can see this result is better than I even hoped for. Dr. Wadehra has taken care of my pets and they know him and trust him. He treats my dogs like they belong to him. He explains everything and is patient with me and all my concerns. And you can see the entire staff respects him and appreciates working with a doctor who really cares. Money cannot buy the quality of care you will get at A W Animal Hospital. These are honest people you can trust with your beloved pets. And I am a real customer with 2 dogs. I went to them the first time because they were close. I continue to go because they care.
