I couldn't say enough of good things about Northbay Animal hospital team especially Dr Madill who she has been my babies doctor for years now. They are kind, caring, efficient, excellent customer service, and just have managed to keep all my babies healthy and happy. Thank you for your excellence 💜

It's all very fresh still, but they, for sure, saved my sweet dog's life today. My baby wasn't delivering her first and only litter as she should. I live in Dade City and had been alienated and terrified by my own vet's team during her visit a few days prior. So, on a SUNDAY, as a NEW patient, Dr. Pierson saw her and leapt into action with her incredible team to give her an exam, resulting in an emergency C-Section and spay/hysterectomy. They did this on a non-surgery day, staying many hours passed their 4PM closing time. The front desk team gently and without judgement, helped me through the financial aid process that I needed. With each move, this group of compassionate pros made for us, we felt cared about and accepted. There was no judgement, only genuine kindness. This kindness lasted all the way until the end (many hours after closing time) and there was no rushing or indication that they were going out of their way. They just prioritized my baby's life! Thank you, Dr. Pierson and the entire Sunday team that worked so hard for my girl today. You will now be stuck with us! The commute is well worth it!

I've never felt so well taken care of by any vet in my 30 years of animal ownership as i was today by North Bay Animal Hospital. I personally have several veterinary friends in other states that i sourced to double check the findings here at North Bay. Every response an finding was confirmed. The recommended actions were also congruent. Thank you for making this some how easier. Compassionate, professional and above all understanding.

I brought my 12-year-old rescue Harley and my 4-year-old — both needed dental services and a wellness check — and my experience was fantastic. Dr. Lassett is truly one of the best veterinarians I’ve had for my babies. He paid attention to every detail, not just what was urgent, but also preventive care and diet. You can tell he genuinely cares, and I fully trust him. From booking to follow-up, everything was very professional. The staff is kind, attentive, and just great to deal with. The day before surgery, they called me even it was Sunday and explained everything I needed to do to prepare Harley, which really helped and made me feel comfortable. After the procedure, Dr. Lassett took his time to explain everything, and one of the staff members even helped lift my 55 lb dog into the car — gently and without hesitation. Where do you get that kind of care? This clinic truly stands out from any vet I’ve been to. Just an amazing team and experience. I definitely recommend Dr. Lassett and North Bay Animal Hospital for your pets.

This was my first experience with North Bay Animal Hospital, and while I wish it had been under different circumstances, I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion they showed us during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our beloved dog to sleep. From the very first phone call, the entire team was exceptional. When we arrived, they immediately provided us with a private room to say our goodbyes no rush, no pressure just a quiet, respectful space to be with our dog for as long as we needed. Every single person we encountered was kind, gentle, and empathetic. The two front office ladies were outstanding, and the veterinarian was just as compassionate and professional. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about the animals and the families who love them. Though I wish this wasn’t the way I came to know this wonderful place, they made a lasting impression on my heart. I will recommend North Bay Animal Hospital to everyone I know. Thank you also for offering me a keepsake of Lilu’s fur and for the cremation services those small gestures mean more than words can express.

The Veterinarians, veterinarian techs, boarding staff and office staff are knowledgeable, kind and take time with your fury family member to make them feel comfortable and cared for. They truly work as a team to care for your loved one in need or while you are away. You can see and feel the love as soon as you walk in the door, or talk to a staff member. I visited North Bay Animal Hospital with Molly, my new Great Pyrenees for a checkup and shots. I was impressed with the service and friendly staff. Everything there was stellar and I would highly recommend anyone use their services. The facility was immaculate and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. You can tell that they love animals.
