We brought our cat, George, to Town N Country Animal Hospital after finding a lump, and they were able to get us in the same day, which immediately put us at ease. From the moment we arrived, the care and attention were incredible. Every staff member was kind, gentle, and patient with George. Dr. Kristen took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure we understood all of our options. When discussing pricing, we were given clear choices for medications and procedures, with no pressure, and full transparency about costs. We felt completely comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed or dismissed. The compassion and professionalism we experienced truly meant so much during a stressful situation. We’re so grateful to Dr. Kristen and the entire team, and we’ll absolutely be coming back for all of George’s future care. I highly recommend Town N Country Animal Hospital to any pet owner.

Dr Hillard and her staff are absolute delight although our dog would disagree using works like "savagely stabbed with needles" and "violated via anal probe" but after belly rubs and treats she’s quick to forgive. And after getting a very reasonable bill I too am quick to forgive. They also follow up to make sure your pet is doing well. They genuinely care. Take your pets to Dr Hillard. Cheers!

Great experience!! We were in and out within about 30 minutes. This was my first time bringing our dog here, although my mom has been bringing her cats for years. We took our German Shepherd, Oso, in for a wellness check and his rabies vaccine. The staff was extremely friendly and very gentle with him, which we really appreciated. They also didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services like some other vets tend to do. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family! I am so impressed with this animal hospital! Dr. Hilliard is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I always feel confident that my dog is receiving the best care. Izzy is also amazing, she’s so helpful and consistently follows up, which has made the entire experience feel smooth and stress free. Honestly the entire staff is lovely. I brought my dog here for assistance with the paperwork and requirements for moving to Australia and Dr. Hilliard made sure everything was completed correctly and carefully. I truly couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend!!!

We bring our dog Mishka here and have had a great experience every time. The staff is always friendly, patient, and very caring with the animals. I also appreciate how the vet takes the time to explain everything in detail so you fully understand what’s going on. On top of that, their pricing is very fair and affordable. It’s comforting to know Mishka is in such good hands.

Stella was needing her yearly exam along with vaccines and they were able to squeeze me in same day! During my visit, they were absolutely wonderful with her. My dog seems to have some PTSD and high anxiety in buildings that are not home, but they were very good with her and patient. The exam and vaccinations did not take more than 30 minutes with NO wait. On my way out they recommended the dental chews that you see in the picture and Stella absolutely loves them this far. Did some research everything they said is in line with what they said about these chews. I do think their prices are the slightest bit high, but good service, quaint, friendly, quick, and knowledgeable so what else could you ask for.

Dr. Hillard and entire staff are the best. We live in Pasco County and are willing to make the drive to the clinic because they are the best! They are honest and truly care about your pets. Thank you Dr. Hilliard and Izzy! 🥰
