The vet was brilliant! The tech was amazing! And the front desk lady was wonderful. I felt safe with my pet in their hands. Positive experience all around. They really helped my dog!

I have been taking my cat Mango to Gandy Animal Hospital since he was a kitten. This place feels like a second home to me as the staff are the most welcoming and accommodating group of professionals. A few months ago, Mango had a urinary block due to crystals forming in his bladder. As a first time pet owner, I had no idea what this meant and how it was even possible that my healthy and happy 2 year old cat could get something like that. I was scared, lost, and a complete emotional mess but the Gandy Animal team had my back and reassured me throughout the whole process. Mango ended up having to go through emergency surgery to get the block fixed and the team made sure I was updated and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Minder explained everything to me perfectly and made sure I knew Mango was in good hands. Mango ended up being perfectly fine after the surgery and they put him on a prescription urinary diet.This team truly saved my kitties life. Since that moment, I have been treated with an immense amount of kindness and care each time I call, go to pick up more food, or bring in Mango or my other kitty, Finn, in for appointments. I cannot say enough great things about this place and will recommend any pet owners to bring their babies here. I will continue bringing both Mango and Finn here as I know they are in good hands!!

I had a wonderful experience at Gandy Animal Hospital thanks to Millie. She was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful both in person and over the phone. Millie has gone above and beyond to make sure both my pets and I felt comfortable and cared for. It’s clear she truly loves animals and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Millie, for making such a positive difference—we’re lucky to have met you!

First time here with my soon to be 13 yr old Beagle, Callie, and from the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed! Callie wasn’t feeling well and with being concerned for her it was so nice to feel like we had come to the right place. The staff had already obtained a copy of her medical records from her previous vet so were already viewing her health history. And a huge thank you to Dr Minder!!! Appreciate his kind and thoughtful approach with Callie and making her feel at ease as well as the way forward with her care. One day later and Callie is feeling much better!! The pic posted of her is right after leaving her appt and she was smiling a little already….provably happy to be leaving but she already was getting her bubbly self back. Gandy Animal Hospital is my go to now for everything. So convenient as well with their location and living on Westshore Blvd. I highly recommend them to any furry pet owner!

My cat Addie recently had an injury with her paw and I had to take her to VEG (Horrible experience with a certain doctor) however Gandy animal hospital has been super accommodating with my cat slipping her cast off 3 times and still finding time to squeeze me in and sent texts to check on her. Amber and the lovely ladies at the front desk as well as the doctor (sorry I don’t know everyone’s names) were all super nice and helpful.

The staff at Gandy made my kitten’s first check-up a breeze! Cara and Dr. Hall were so sweet with Bijou, and I could tell he felt safe and comfortable. We were basically in and out, which was a huge relief for a visit in the middle of the workday. Thanks so much to Cara, Dr. Hall, and Jocelyn at the front desk for taking great care of us!
