Bell Parkway Veterinary Hospital

My beautiful boy was suddenly hit with pancreatitis. I knew he was in pain. I frantically called around on a Saturday looking for humane euthanasia, knowing he was suffering. Not only was Bell Parkway open until 9pm, they were patient with me as I blubbered my way through the phone call. Not knowing if he would make it or even how to get him in the car, the girl gave me an "open" appointment "between 6 and 7". When I got there, they allowed me the time I needed and even came in twice to check on me. I ran way past my slotted appointment time. The vet let me tell her when I was ready for her to administer the medication without making me feel rushed or pressured. They let me stay with him as long as I needed afterwards. Upon picking up the ashes, I was shocked at the quality of the urn and the care they took to package it. They placed the ashes in the urn so I wouldnt have to do it. On top of the professionalism and compassion shown to me, they charged $200 less than everyone else I spoke to - on a Saturday. At night. For a 130lb dog. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We just established Veterinary care in Surprise Arizona. I went through the process of reviewing as many veterinarians as I could, I settled on Bell Parkway Veterinary Hospital. Know this we have a small Chihuahua who comes in with some attitude that’s pretty big and they thought that was managable and they handled it better than the previous Vet by 100%. Absolutely wonderful reception personnel and loved Dr Oram. Highly recommend this Veterinary Team!!

We brought our puppy here yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made Bear feel comfortable and calm, which really put us at ease. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see. We’re so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be coming back for future visits!

Took our girl Koda here tonight to be put down and all the staff were beyond amazing. They took such good care of us and our girl. I’m extremely thankful for them. One of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make and they walked with me the whole way and showed so much love towards Koda and my son and I.

Dr. Adams and her team of vet techs are a blessing. I switched from Petco Veterinary to Bell Parkway. They treated my service dog with all the love and care he deserves. They will let you go in the back to assist with your animal if needed. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. Dr. Adams will take great care of your animals! P.S. I got the best Rottweiler 🐕‍🦺🐾😊

The staff here was amazing on one of the worst days of my life. My pup coded when they were trying to give him IV due to an Addison's disease crisis. They tried their best to revive him. Many of the staff members came in to help and they didn't give up. Unfortunately, he did not make it. The staff was so kind and caring and gave us a private room to say goodbye.

This Veterinarian hospital is the absolute BEST!!!! A year ago I brought my black lab Cooper to them. My other dog (who was blind due to cataracts) had bitten Cooper on the face on his cheek. By the end of the week Cooper collapsed, and passed away the next morning. Everything happened so quickly. Dr. Adams and the who team were so compassionate! They gave me time with Cooper, and a nose print and paw print. When it came time to put Fenrir down, they did the same for him as well. They allowed time and where so very sweet!! I have 2 new puppies that are 6 months apart in age Poppi and Bear. The younger of the two Bear was attached by a dog and bitten on the leg. What are the odds??! They were so kind this time around as well. They take time, answer any and all questions you have, explain course of treatment thoroughly, and even answer questions and concerns after the fact!!! They Doctors, Veterinarian techs, and front-end staff are WONDERFUL!!!!! I won't take my puppers anywhere else!
