From the moment we walked into this animal hospital, I knew my dog was in excellent hands. Actually from the 1st contact on the phone with Mary Lou. She and the entire team were kind, welcoming, professional, and truly compassionate. They took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, thoroughly explain everything, and made both me and my dog feel comfortable during the entire appointment. The veterinarian Dr. Sarah Smith was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, treating my dog and myself with genuine care and kindness rather than making us feel rushed. She respected our wishes to be present for the procedures and was so informative. You can tell this practice truly loves animals and values the families who bring them in. The facility was also very clean, organized, and well run. As a new patient experience, this exceeded all expectations. I left feeling reassured, informed, and grateful to have found such an outstanding veterinary team. I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate care for their pets.

Dr. Allen is the best Vet I have ever brought my dogs to. He gets on their level and talks to them. They absolutly adore him which I have never experienced at any other Vet. He is so knowledgeable and explains the situation in terms that are easy to understand. I feel my pets are so well taken care of at this clinic. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I have never been to a better Veterinary Hospital in my lifetime.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Smith and the entire staff. They are incredibly sweet, compassionate, and genuinely care about both me and my dog, Duffy. Dr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, which brings me so much peace of mind. If you are looking for a veterinary team that treats your pet like family, look no further!

We had to put our dog down and used Dr Torres. We had never been there before and they treated us like they knew us and our dog for years. From the time we walked in the door, we were treated with the utmost compassion. They truly made a difficult time, comforting. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I will now be using them as my primary vet as I feel extremely comfortable going there.

Everyone who works there are so great! And they all love the animals. My feline gets numerous kisses each time we go. They call the day after we hv a visit ... every time... to make sure Abby is doing ok. I've never had a Vets officer do that! Thank You to everyone that works there... it's obvious they enjoy their jobs... and all the pets ❣️

We've been taking all our pets to Animal Hospital of Treasure Island for the past 1.5 years. We have had only positive experiences, both with office staff & the vets. I can't imagine any other team taking care of our 4 fur kids.

I can not say enough good things about Animal Hospital and their collaboration with Dr Maher🩷 My 10 yr old had torn his ACL and from the beginning of his consultation to his surgery today, it was right where we needed to be! Everyone from the staff to Dr Maher and his assistant Chris were amazing! Love that they eased this worried Mama's mind by keeping me updated throughout his surgery💓 Two Paws up!
