Bay Animal and Aquatic Hospital

Needed a quick appointment for my three ferrets who had gotten fleas and they made accommodations to see my girls the next morning. Vet assistant was amazing and they handled my girls with such care. She didn’t charge me to give them all exams which I really appreciate. I feel they listened to me and really care about the animals they care for. Will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Lore is the best! We've used her for over 12 years. She's very compassionate and loving with our babies! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My daughter brought our Frenchie in to this vet. She had to have her glands expressed that was already supposed to be done by previous vet. They were full and she had an infection. She was so miserable scratching herself raw. She is sleeping so content right now and so thankful for the team at this vets office. Thank you for your thorough exam. Violet is happy again💜

I came here when my elderly cat was sick. We had to put her down but the staff was wonderful. This is the only time I went to this vet but they were so caring. Their whole process made it easier for us during that difficult time. I really appreciated that. Their prices seemed really reasonable too. I got a really sweet hand written note from the whole team sending condolences. I was impressed by this place and would recommend to anyone.

A) all of the staff were very friendly & especially helpful over the phone (Jan). Moreso than other places I've been. B) was able to be seen on short notice C) the appointment time was actually the appointment time. Very rare. D) was given a rough estimate/quote over the phone. Furthermore, it was accurate without secret costs added on after. E) this is the most important for me, the health certificate for international travel was much less expensive than any other place (any place that actually bothered to even give a quote prior) I would absolutely recommend this place & whenever I move back to Florida, I will be returning here, even though there are at least 8 vets that are closer.

Dr. Lore and her staff are the reason that we drive 80 miles to receive veterinary care and we would drive 800. They educate and advise and let us choose our care for our fur babies without shame. Dr. Lore is in it for the animals not the money (which is rare in Florida). They want to share in keeping our pets healthy. Thank you Dr.Lore, Gina and staff!!!
