Oak Knoll did a very good job of listening to my concerns as a first time dog parent and reassuring me. My dog has a lot of anxiety and the vet came up with a treatment plan that we were both comfortable with and without breaking the bank. They took great care of my dog and you could tell they genuinely cared about his well being. All of the staff was very nice and helpful!

Very friendly staff. They understand your needs and they do their very best to try to accommodate everything. I can't thank them all enough for how they treated me and my pet at such a sad time. Furthermore i decided to go with recommend treatment for my dog on a Saturday at the last possible minute. They didn't flinch just professionally went about what they needed to, were very courteous and sympathetic.

My 15 year old chihuahua/pug mix loves going to Oak Knoll, she has been going there for 13 years now, she goes from person to person to say hello and maybe get treats. Dr. Earl is always thorough and very caring with Patsy

If I could give a 0 I would. Been a longtime customer here with several cats we bring in, 4 as a matter of fact. We get teeth cleans and blood work yearly. Not anymore. The manager who runs the front of the house is incredibly rude, argumentative and horribly unprofessional. We have found a new vet and will tell anyone we know (huge animal community we live in) that this vet isn’t for you. Pass on this place, you deserve better for your loved ones.

I have been a customer of Oak Knoll animal hospital since it opened. I have brought many of my pets there over the years and have always had great experiences there. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about your fur babies. I have known Dr. Tracy Earl since she was still in school doing an internship, and was thrilled when I learned she would be a vet at Oak Knoll. She has cared for many of my animals with wellness visits, vaccinations, surgeries, dental cleaning, and many other services. I trust her with her vast knowledge, easy going manner and love of her profession. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

Dr. Earl is a great vet—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares a lot about animals. She’s wonderful with our dogs, always taking time to answer our questions and making visits easy and stress-free. Really grateful to have found her and would definitely recommend.

My mom brought our Shih Tzu here twice yesterday because she was lethargic and having trouble breathing. They prescribed her what is equivalent to an ibuprofen and a diuretic and sent her on her way twice. We called our local pet hospital when she still was having trouble breathing. We explained what Oak Knoll had done to help our dog and the doctor at our pet hospital informed us that with the kidney issues our dog has, she should’ve NEVER been prescribed the diuretic and the pain medicine together. He was shocked. We are very disappointed in not only being sent away twice, but the lack of compassion from the front desks people when we brought her back a second time. The pet hospital kept her overnight and provided her with the medicine and oxygen that she needs and we hope to bring her home.
