We just recently started going to this vet. It was highly recommended by many friends. It’s a very clean, friendly place. We really like the staff, the vet techs were very patient and kind with our senior dog. Dr Janet Hill was very good with our dog, asked many questions and made us feel right at home there. We have already highly recommended this vet to our family and friends!!
I highly recommend this facility for all you pet care. The staff from the time we entered the organization was exceptional. Bravo 👏🏾 to everyone. They welcomed my furbaby with open 😌 arms, and it warmed my heart greatly ♥️.
Dr. Houmes is a phenomenal veterinarian. Our dog Piper has been having some problems. Dr. Houmes answered all our questions and also went way above and beyond for us like she does each of her clients.
We have taken our beautiful Greyhound to West Lake for the past year. To say we have been through a lot with this sweet dog is an understatement. Dr. Houmes & staff have been very caring, responsive, and involved in his care. When we needed specialized orthopedics, she was helpful in getting him placed. Our follow up care has been great. I’m thankful to have him here. The staff all know him & are so helpful & friendly. Highly recommend this clinic. Thanks for all you do!
My spouse and I have a small zoo and it can often feel chaotic trying to get everyone to the vet for all the things they need. Dr. Thompson is incredible—she takes time to answer questions, ask questions, and always makes sure we feel good about whatever treatment or plan is going on. The techs and all staff are AMAZING!!! Truly 10/10 and would rate higher if I could.
Dr. Hill is a loving and caring vet. She will always answer any question you have. She shows love to all her animal patients that helps keep them calm. Her staff is loving and caring with the animals also. You will not find a better Animal Vet/Hospital. We have been taking are dogs to West Lake Animal Hospital for over 30 years. Great vets and great staff, love them all.
From time we come in the door to when we leave, everyone is super friendly and attentive to my dog and me. Thank you West Lake from Romeo and his family.
