Five Star Veterinary Center

I am too gentle of a cat dad to get my chonk into the crate sometimes. The gals on staff here had a perfect balance of firm and gentle, and have been great every visit.

Dr Kilty and the staff at five star are super kind and compassionate. I take my 3 cats there as needed and have always had a very pleasant experience and superb care. Very pleased overall and grateful for finding such a great practice, would highly recommend!

The entire staff was very professional, understanding, and kind during an incredibly difficult time for me and my seventeen year old Maxwell. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion.

Now that the figurative "cat is out of the bag", we were bringing our two FIP kitties to Five Star for supportive care. They have an amazing staff and helped us through one of the most terrifying times of our lives. We were told to there was nothing to do but euthanize them by our own vet, but we decided to move forward with the previously controversial treatment. (As of 6-1-24, the pill form of GS is now widely available!!). We took our kitties to Five Star and the staff was with us every step of the way with support while we handled the treatment at home. We now how two cured kitties!!! Without their help with their blood work and supportive medicine, we would not have seen this day. To Five Star: Thank you so much for helping us and I'm glad you were able to watch the treatment progress to see that it really is a miracle drug! ❤️

I can’t say enough about five star. We recently had to bring our 13 year old husky here for euthanasia because he couldn’t handle the 30 minute drive to our normal vet. They were so kind and compassionate. My husband and I are a younger couple and this was our first time experiencing euthanizing a pet. They handled our grief with so much gentle kindness. They cared for our boy like he was their own in his final moments. I don’t remember the name of the secretary or the blonde tech but they were so amazing. Thank you so much for everything. You made the experience as easy and peaceful as possible.

We had to come here while on vacation for our 8 month old puppy Dug due to GI issues from eating grapes. They got us in asap, were so kind to Dug and myself, assessed and addressed the issue right away, and have provided follow up text support since our visit. Loved this place, if we lived in town this would be our vet, they are wonderful!

Phenomenal staff! I brought my cat in as an emergency patient and the staff saw us very quickly and were so sweet with her. They got her in the same day for surgery and literally saved her life! They've followed up with me on how she's doing and made me and my cat feel comfortable during the entire process. I could tell that every single one of the staff that I spoke to, from the actual doctor to the lab tech and even the front desk staff, genuinely care about animals. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone seeking emergency or primary care for their fur babies!
