Ladies were amazing there. My puppy was very nervous and they let me walk her back. My little girl Layla is very important to me and she is doing great. They are very informative and were very helpful in letting me know how to take care of her after surgery. The price was incredible. Thank you so much ladies. Definitely recommend you all.

Super professional, caring, and great at communication. They do really well keeping you updated about how the procedure went. They offer you cones for $5, which is awesome. They offer pain management for after the procedure so you don't have to worry about it when you pick them up. Super friendly ladies running it, and I will be back for my other animals to be spayed/neutered.

I brought my female cat to this clinic to be spayed, trusting them to do the job properly. For a short while things seemed fine, but once she matured she began going into heat and started peeing all over the house. It became a constant problem, exactly the kind of issue I thought I was paying them to prevent. I tried for months to reach someone at this clinic, but it’s almost impossible to get a real person on the phone. They never returned my calls, never followed up, and offered zero support. Eventually I took my cat to a different vet. They examined her and told me the previous spay surgery was incomplete, tissue had been left behind, which is why she was still going into heat. Now I’m facing a $500 corrective surgery to fix something this clinic claimed they were capable of doing the first time. This has been months of frustration, unnecessary stress on my cat, and money I should never have had to spend. Based on my experience, this place is incompetent and absolutely not worth the trouble. Do not be fooled by their cheap rates and zero support. You get what you pay for or this business is a scam since they didn’t really do anything but take my money and run.

Brought my cat here to be neutered. When I brought him home, he had fleas all over his face before he even left the crate! They infested my house too. I spend over a hundred dollars in flea treatment. You get what you pay for here. Probably because they treat strays and whatnot. Very frustrating.

Everything about this visit was exceptional. The staff is very kind, and considerate--the women behind the desk took their time explaining everything with us and we felt like our rescue was cared for. They gave us a heads up and updated us as soon as he was out of surgery, which I thought was very kind of them. The facility was clean, smelled fresh and everything was streamlined for drop-off/intake/processing. Very impressed with their system of receiving cats first, then dogs, then treating dogs, then the cats--this potentially minimizes stress on the cats. Details like this are why I give 5 stars. My only suggestion would be to set up cones / signage for stacking the vehicles in the morning. I can see how the first car messing up could create a cascade of parking problems. Despite not receiving a cone, and the parking being a little unclear, this facility is a greatly appreciated contribution to the community, and the state as a whole. Well done, Spay Arkansas.

Spay Arkansas offers a deeply discounted spay/nuetering service for NWArkansas. Took my 10 month old kitten in at 8am and picked her back up by 3pm. Loopy off pain meds but the techs loved her❣️and the little shit was out of her convalescent box and running around like she had not under gone surgery in less than 30 hours! Highly recommended and will use again if Bastet's Cat Distribution Space Portal drops another kitten in my yard.
