Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend. We have only been there one time and it was warm ,kind and they make you feel like family. Exceptional care for you and your furbabies. Danielle Meyer's was our doctor and she was so caring and informative. Talked to you like a human being. The rest of the staff we met we Absolutely amazing. If you live on the north side of spokane please consider them,even if you dont they are worth the drive
I took my dog here several times over the past couple years and have always found them to be knowledgeable and compassionate. Their prices seemed comparable to other clinics in the area and making an appointment was easy. This week, I made the difficult decision to euthanize my senior dog and the staff was extremely caring from beginning to end. The doctor's kind words during the procedure continue to mean a lot to me.
Went one day for my dog and a few days later for my cat. The facility was clean and so were the exam rooms, both times. Front staff was super accommodating and got me right into a room with my cat who wasnt thrilled about the car ride. The assistants took good notes, communicated everything I mentioned. The doctors came in and went over all my concerns, I didnt have to restate why I was there. Kudos to the team for a smooth operation.
This clinic is great! Always on time, friendly, snd compassionate. Dr. Snyder is great and has never let me down or been wrong about anything! Complete trust in him!
We took our sweet golden-doodle in and we (all) received THE best care! The front desk staff and doctors are top notch! So helpful, informative and, above all, caring! We will most definitely recommend to everyone and anyone!
Dr. Snider at Five Mile Pet Clinic is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly attentive. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and even examined my dog right in front of me — something I’ve rarely seen since Covid. His thorough, caring approach really sets him apart. I really enjoyed Dr. Snider’s personality and interactions with both my dog and myself. The office staff is very prompt, friendly and helpful.
Five Mile pet has always been wonderful to not only our pet Whiskers but to us as her owners. They are gentle and loving as if she is her pet also. They have very reasonable prices also. Love them so much and are so happy to say they are vet clinic. 😊
