We have never had a bad experience at Animal Clinic of Spokane. Dr. McConnell has always been great with our corgi, even when she is not being cooperative. Our corgi has joint issues and Dr. McConnell has been extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and in helping with pain management. His staff is gentle with our fur baby and we appreciate the fact we have been able to schedule an appointment on short notice and still get in to be seen when we've had an issue. Their front desk is also very professional and helpful. Overall, we feel the pricing is very fair and have been very pleased with the services provided.
First time that I was attended to and got out of there within a half an hour. Times before I had to wait and wait. I was surprised and the first time that I actually liked bringing my pet there.
Absolutely the best veterinarian care in all the land! The vet even drove my kitty and I home to avoid ICU costs. TinkerBell is doing great! Thanks a million!
Dr. Matt and Dr. Luther literally saved our Dalmatian Kobe’s leg. Kobe broke his leg one Friday evening while playing in the yard with his brother Shaq. We rushed him to an emergency clinic, where they splinted it and told us it would need to be amputated. The next day, Washington State University (WSU) confirmed the same recommendation. With heavy hearts, we scheduled the amputation surgery through our regular clinic. That’s when Dr. Matt and his team stepped in. They took fresh X-rays, thoroughly evaluated Kobe themselves, and decided to give his leg a chance to heal naturally. Instead of surgery, they opted for a full-leg cast and careful splinting, changing it every three weeks. I’m thrilled to share that Kobe still has his leg and it’s healing beautifully on its own. Our family and Kobe are forever grateful to Dr. Matt and Dr. Luther. They had the skill, compassion, and courage to cancel a multi-thousand-dollar amputation surgery in favor of a much simpler (and far less expensive) treatment plan. Even though we were willing to pay for the surgery to save Kobe. They truly put Kobe’s well-being and our family’s experience above everything else. Enjoy those Kobe shoes Dr Matt! You are truly a leg saver and legend in our books!
Favorite vet ever. I’m picky when it comes to vets and it took us a long time to find one we were comfortable with. They are ALAYS able to get us in even last minute, are never judgmental, very upfront and honest, and reasonably priced comparatively. Dr Chrisha Harris has been incredible for all my fur babies lately, you can tell she really cares. Appreciate you guys lots!
Took our 10 yr old cat in for a dental. The staff were all very welcoming and kind. They ensured we were comfortable with Nemo's care plan and answered all questions. They followed up the next day to ensure Nemo was doing well. I think we've found our new vet. I'll definitely take Nemo back for care in the future.
This clinic is no longer what they used to be. I called today to get a refill on prescription food and was told "your pet is behind on well checks so we can’t do this for you. She was due in 2021." I was also told "the last time you purchased this was 2025." This is for an indoor cat so she only goes to the vet at needed. Had I known this I would have had her in before she NEEDED FOOD. They approved a "tiny bag" until I had been seen. Clearly I purchased this food wellllll past the time so they don’t follow their own "rules" they want you to adhere to. I was completely unhappy and the lady said "oh ok have a good day." Profits over customer service. Dr Phar would be so disappointed. They should have filled the food per usual and let me know and I would have made an appointment and all would have been good. I have been coming to this clinic with my family since I was a child so this is a big loss for our family, but being treated respectfully is a really big deal. Stay away. Their hearts aren’t in it anymore.
