Dr. MJ shows so much care for our pups. We really appreciate the compassion she shows. Always calling to check in on our dog when she was sick. All around a good place!

My fur babies have been coming to this clinic for years, and when they had emergencies I have to say a big THANK YOU to the BEST lady who is Magic the awesome Tish! She always helps me and makes sure my babies are seen, and she tells the truth, helps with planning, gives info on payments, and she is the face of the clinic, she always wears a smile and has a great sense of humor and I always look forward to seeing her when I bring my babies, she is always smiling! Also, I adore all the doctors and appreciate all the care they have given to my babies, they're excellent! Thank you Tish, Thank you Dr's, Thank you assistants!!! 😊

My first experience with this clinic was great but I really can’t say the same for my second. We scheduled an appointment online for our cat to be seen for some health concerns we have for him a week ago. He’s an older boy and it was specified in the notes at the time the appointment was made, what our concerns about him were. The information was available for them to see. The appointment was scheduled for a specific time that worked for both our schedules, it was even confirmed over the phone by someone at the clinic and via text message. Cool, we’re good to go. Tell me why, the MORNING OF, my husband gets a phone call that because the appointment is going to be for something different than the time slot we picked, the appointment has to be moved to 10 am. It was 8 am when they called, are we being so for real??? My husband was at work, the time we picked was specifically for our schedules. They waited until the morning of, to apparently check the notes, AFTER the appointment had been confirmed with a human being at the clinic, to tell us "nope, sorry, we can’t keep that time slot." I find it incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional and now we have to rearrange our entire day because of it. Unreal.

Dr Swanson and his team were amazing! Took my boxer in for a follow after an ER visit. My dog was super nervous and they got on the floor with her and made her feel safe. Dr Swanson took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns (which were a lot!) He genuinely cared for both my dog and I. I 100% would recommend.

All of our animals love this place, and all the wonderful staff! Even our rescue who was found abandoned in the woods and still struggles with trust issues and vet offices. Their patience with him is breathtaking. Hyperthyroid cats, dental surgeries, seizures, upset tummies, Audubon helped us through it all. Your animals don’t just get excellent care here, they get compassion too.

We went here when our usual vet was booked up. They got us in quickly and treated both us and our cat with such kindness and compassion. Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet was wonderful. I will recommend their services to others from now on!
