Chee Chee has been going to this clinic for several years and has been on a successful weight loss journey ever since she became a patient. I feel really good about the care she gets whether it's routine or something urgent. They answer any questions I have and their recommendations have made a tremendous impact on her health. It's very stressful for a cat to go to the vet but she seems to really like all the staff because how gentle they are. Scheduling an appointment is easy and flexible. I travel for work so its always difficult for me to get an appointment anywhere but I have an easy time getting appointments scheduled or moved. When I call in as an existing patient they already have her info pulled up in the system based off of my phone number so when you make an appointment its usually under a minute. I wish my own doctor's appointments were this easy.

Amazing experience! We’re new to the area and they took incredible care of our Mama Kitty during an urgent visit. The entire staff is wonderful and the vet is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. So happy to have found our new go-to vet in Spokane Valley!

Our teacup chihuahua has been dealing with a long list of health complications recently, and every single visit we’re met with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. They’ve also been taking care of our pomsky since she was a puppy, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pets. It’s rare to find a veterinary team that combines such high-level expertise with this level of compassion and consistency. The whole staff I encountered were very kind and responsive. Dr. Clark was very thurough and took the time to explain the possible conditions and treatment options as well as answer all my questions. They seemed to actually care about Jack and me knowing how difficult it is to weigh treatment options against cost. This cat is now my 1000$ cat and i have only had him for five months. He was a stray so he is one lucky cat. Glad i found the Pet Vet Hospital. Thanks fro me and Mr. Jack.

i love this vet. as someone with a very aggressive dog they gave me meds for him without even seeing him yet they are very understanding and even though he has lunged at them and hit them with a muzzle they are still very nice and understanding. my 4 year old cane corso just had surgery to remove a tumor and i told them i had some concerns with them, trying to put him under with him being wide awake and me not being there and they respected my wishes and told me i can be there and hold him while they gave him the shot to make him fall asleep and it made me less stress and they allowed me to go into the back to get him. i honestly love this vet and have recommended it to my mom for her dogs and my friend for her cats. we love the staff especially Dr. udi

I recently rescued an older chihuahua mix & she’s still learning that she’s safe and others aren’t going to hurt her. From the staff at check in, to the staff that interacted with myself and my nervous dog, she received excellent care and everyone was so understanding kind and accommodating. This was our first visit with Pet Vet. We had our 8 yr old Corgi seen for a wellbess check and some dental issues. I was very pleased with our services. Everyone is friendly and they communicated needs, options, and costs up front. The total bill was pretty high, but that was because our girl needed pretty extensive dental work done along with a tissue mass that needed removed. She did well through the surgery and we were kept informed on her condition throughout the day. She recovered quickly and is doing well. I appreciated the personal care they took with her and would not hesitate taking her back for anything she needs.
