Huron Veterinary Hospital

I happened upon this Vet through chance, thankfully. All the staff is kind, courteous and good people, always. From seeing them on simple check ups, to managing my dog's health while he was questionably ill, they have made the experiences comfortable for both me and my dog. They never hesitated with my muzzled pitbull and he had grown to be quite comfortable with them and good in muzzleless now. He's only wears it when drawing blood and such. I highly recommend Hurin Veterinary Clinic if you can get on their case load!

It can be so hard to find a vet to trust with the care of your pet. We lucked out with Huron, as they were one of the first places we visited and we could not have found anywhere better. We love every vet here, as well as the fantastic support staff. They are knowledgeable, skilled, and truly empathetic. The take great care of our little guy, and they do fantastic education to help us be the best owners we can be. If you’re able to make this place your vet, you absolutely should.

My cats have received excellent care from three of the vets at Huron since 2019. Yesterday, I made a last minute appointment as I realized my senior cat likely needed to be euthanized. Dr Ulrich and all of the staff we interacted with provided a positive and supportive experience. I am grateful and continue to recommend this practice.

Started bringing my cat here last month after two people recommended the practice to me. I had a wonderful experience. My cat was purring the entire time and seemed to enjoy his time out of the house (which is shocking!). They sent a personalized card after our first visit. I am so happy to have found this practice!

We saw Dr. McEwan today after moving to Massachusetts from California, and wow. I've never had a vet be so thorough, thoughtful, and informative. After reviewing our 5-month old pup's records with me, Dr. McEwan spent a solid 10-15 minutes answering questions and giving me breed-specific training advice. For example, when doodles grow up, they often hate getting their paws touched, so Dr. McEwan explained how to desensitize/train our labradoodle for nail cutting. Truly above and beyond care, and our pup had a great time at the vet. 11/10 would recommend.

The nicest sweetest vets, technicians and receptionists around the area even when the pet owners can be a bit crazy or stressed! Thank you for always being there for us!

We absolutely love, love, love Huron. It’s our dog’s favorite place in the world. They are attentive, thoughtful, thorough, and truly have the best interest of the pets in mind at all times. We couldn’t love them more.
