The staff at this office are SO caring and compassionate. Today we forgot to give our elderly Westie a sedative and we were on our way to the groomers from across the city and the vet filled our prescription within minutes. 5 star Vet!

On our first visit, we realized that all of the clinic staff loved animals. The facilities are clean, and the care our cat received was excellent. And yes, they are accepting new human clients and their pets.

I could not give enough stars to this veterinarian, and all their staff. These furry babies are like our kids. And they treat them like they are Family..., kind loving and so passionate. This is my first and only time ever writing a google review. My experience with Valley Vet was so bad that I'm wasting more of my time to make sure no one else trusts these people with their animals. There was no organization and everyone was extremely unprofessional. I was told to arrive early for my appointment and was made to sit in the waiting room for over an hour to see the vet for about 15 seconds before she said she needed to go to lunch and if I left my cat she'd see to him when she gets back in a couple hours. I said I couldn't wait that long especially since it'd be 3 hours after my scheduled appointment. I was told to see the front desk to reschedule. I stood there in the waiting room for another 10 minutes waiting to be helped before just walking out. Valley Vet is the worst vet I've ever seen and I highly recommend you do not trust them with your animals' health and safety.

Dr. Susan Katila is truly one of a kind! From the moment I walked through the door with my pup, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals were crystal clear. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly, listened with compassion, and treated my pup with the utmost respect. Dr. K, as I call her, has an incredible way of making even the most nervous animals feel at ease, and her medical expertise is unmatched. I'm so lucky and grateful to have found her — thank you, Dr. K, for going above and beyond every single time!
