I have really appreciated the friendliness and accessibility of this clinic. I recently moved to the area from elsewhere in King County and I personally feel the clinic is very reasonably priced compared to other places in Western Washington. Dr. Joli-Coeur is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes into consideration treatment goals. I have an epileptic dog and seizure management is a challenging process that requires active participation from both vets and owners. Dr. Joli-Coeur has always worked closely with me to discuss treatment options, goals, and adjust medications over phone or email between appointments. My dog is not always eager to be poked and prodded at during vet visits (who is?) and that challenge has always been met with patience and understanding. Lastly, I’ll add that appointment scheduling wait times are short! It’s never taken more than a week to get an appointment, often times much sooner (same day, even). If you have a complicated case that requires regular intervention with a vet, Madison Park is definitely capable of meeting those needs in addition to general wellness exams. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the quality of care, incredible customer service and really, really nice humans. The vet business is hard work and there clearly aren’t enough in our region, but somehow these folks make it look easy. My dogs love going. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that there’s a pup cup wielding Starbucks next store.

We love Madison Park Vet! We trust Dr Natalie and Dr Lynn to give us the most thoughtful advise for our 2 huskies. When our late husky passed, Dr Lynn and team went above and beyond and made us feel as much comfort as possible in that situation. When our puppy had giardia, they made sure to be comprehensive and non invasive. Dr Lynn and Dr Natalie also check and follow up on us with calls. Which made us feel so cared for. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much.

I’ve been taking my kitty here for annual checkups since I first adopted her. I love the style here: a very practical approach to pet care with no up-selling pressures. The office is small and personal but be aware that there are not separate entrances or waiting areas for cats and dogs which may not work for your pet. I plan to keep returning though!

Said id brought my cat in for appointments that never happened when my mom (the one whos card was on file) noticed this she asked me and I told her I hadnt taken my cat in and so she called and they suggested she call the cops on me? for lying about taking my cat in? lol? umm anyway the appointments they claimed happened with my cat had NO notes attached nor did they have any reason for the visit attached. When my mom tried to call and get this resolved the person on the phone with her was extremely rude. I recently switched vets because of ALL of this and guess what they called banfields and they had none of my cats previous records for shots or anything!! This place is not only a scamming company but also just bad at their jobs clearly if I cant trust you to have my cats records why would I trust you with her at all.

Best staff around. Kind courteous and helpful (even on slammed days.) Docs are very smart and awesome and go above average to help solve doggo issues. They follow up with calls to make sure fur kids are doing ok! Madison Park Vets and staff are pet lovers and really care about our fur kids and their humans♥️
