Broadway vet is amazing. We have taken Milo here since he was a kitten, and our previous cat up until the day he passed. Idk how they do it. Milo is a little spicy at home, but will let our 3yr old carry him around by the neck, and our 9yr old dress him up, but take him to the vet, and he becomes an unrecognizable feral beast. Even with a couple doses of gabapentin the previous night and right before, he was growling, hissing, and all teeth and claws, I was pretty shocked, but the tech and Dr were cool as cucumbers. So much patience for him.

I've been coming to Broadway Vet since I moved to Seattle in 2019 and no matter what area I moved to I always found myself driving across town to come here. They know and love my dog, and treated her for so many different things over the years and never failed to give me accurate, succinct diagnosis and treatment every time. The vets and technicians here treat you and your pet like family. I have always felt that my dog and I are cared for here and I can attest that all my friends that come to Broadway with their own dogs and cats feel the same way. The appointment scheduling is easy through their app (PetDesk), they're communicative if openings become available, their pricing is very reasonable, their level of care is always top tier and you always feel that they have been a staple to the Seattle Community. Thank you to the entire Broadway team.

They take such good care of my babies Ibee & Razor. They know Ibee is a little anxious so they always make sure to speak to her calmly and give her extra time. Razor LOVES the attention from the staff 🙂 10/10 recommendd

I recently brought my elderly, very nervous little dog to this clinic and had a wonderful experience from start to finish, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere that put us both at ease. The veterinarian was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative, even following up with a detailed email explaining my dog’s lab results and the recommended treatment plan in clear, reassuring language. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and so gentle with my pet. I left feeling truly supported and grateful for their care. I highly recommend Broadway Veterinary Hospital.

BVH is great! It's a sweet, welcoming place with consistently excellent care for my kitties and me. The whole staff, vets, techs, and support, is the best I've ever dealt with in my 79 years of loving cats. Julianne Nason I celebrated my 80th year in February, and Broadway Veterinary Hospital is still caring for my two "Red Tabbies," who just turned six. The Broadway bunch are still my very favorite vets, techs, and staff, always so gentle, kind, and informative. My boys are also tops for their gentleness, so they deserve their caregivers and love them. Once they know where they're going, there are no protests.

I've been using off and on for years when I live in the area. They're great at keeping track of paperwork and histories on their clients, and take a gentle minimally-invasive approach towards pets which I greatly appreciate, while balancing the need for testing. A lot of things can be done in-room, especially if communicated up front with staff.

USE CAUTION – Service and Care Have Significantly Declined I initially had a positive experience here a year ago, but my last two visits have been deeply concerning. The office has become incredibly disorganized; during our most recent visit, the staff was confused about the purpose of our appointment despite it being scheduled in advance. Most upsetting was a routine nail trim for my small dog. She was returned to me with two nails bleeding heavily. The staff hadn't even noticed—I had to point it out myself. Furthermore, the "Annual Wellness Plan" is not worth the investment given the substandard veterinary care and lack of professionalism from the front desk. I can no longer trust this clinic with my pets’ safety.
