Veterinary Diagnostic Centers - Schaumburg

We have been here twice in the past 2 months with two of our cats. Each time we’ve come away amazed at how exceptional the services and the people here are. A month ago, our very small, 14-year-old cat needed an emergency echocardiogram to evaluate a possible heart murmur before surgery. The results were ready quickly and exactly what the surgeon needed. Today, our other cat needed an abdominal ultrasound to be evaluated by our vet. He's bigger and a bit more fiesty, even with a sedative. The way the staff works together to keep the pets safe and calm during both procedures has been nothing short of amazing, and allowing us to be there during the procedures was so reassuring. We highly recommend this center for their professionalism, compassion and capabilities.

I love Veterinary Diagnostic Centers! We have brought 2 cats in for echocardiograms. They are great with pricing and they let you come back and sit with your pet while they are getting the test. They were also extremely gentle and kind to both of our babies. I really appreciate all the care they gave and the cardiologists they had who gave us the results so quickly.

My dog desperately needed an ultrasound and everywhere else was giving me a wait of weeks or months. I got him in here within 24 hours. The staff were all very sweet and I had my toddler with me and they were so nice to keep her entertained while I got to comfort my dog. They are definitely filling a void in the veterinarian service that needs filling. I don’t know what a normal price for an ultrasound is but I do know it was cheaper than the last time I had one done on my dog in the emergency room vet. Much better environment than the emergency room vet too. No wait, made an appt online and was helped as soon as I got there. Also accepted my care credit. It was very clean and very welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

My sweet Labrador was not feeling well for weeks. After multiple tests we were sent here for an ultrasound. The three women who helped us were so kind to me and my dog. They were gentle with him and as comforting that they could be in a very bad situation. They got me answers quickly and showed real compassion. Thank you.

The doctor called promptly with the results and explained everything clearly, and I also received detailed documentation via email that was sent to both me and my primary veterinarian. I felt informed and supported every step of the way. I highly recommend this team for their professionalism, compassion, and outstanding communication.

First timers here, we were definitely anxious going in for an echocardiogram since we did not know what to expect but we were very pleased with the whole experience. Our dog got plenty of love from the team and took good care of him to make sure he was comfortable

I’m absolutely impressed with this clinic. The staff is incredible, and their approach to animals truly amazed me. My cat is usually very nervous and afraid of people – he’s pretty much a little wild one – but here he felt completely comfortable. The team did everything possible to minimize his stress during the heart ultrasound, and it made such a difference. I’m beyond grateful and honestly recommend this place 100%!
