Spring Valley Veterinary Clinic

This review is mainly for Dr. Fritz regarding a recent exam. We were not happy about how rough the exam was on my dog’s forelegs by Dr. Fritz. I felt he was clutching her legs extremely tightly and putting way too much force on a delicate area that is already in pain according to the dog. (Wrist area) My dog left in much more pain than when she came in and won’t get up the day after saying her legs are in more pain. She was fine going down stairs before the appointment and now cannot. 4 stars is because we have had good experiences with the other doctors at this practice before - Dr. Babler, etc.

From the front desk (so welcoming!), to the technicians (friendly and gentle with my dog), to the doctor (knowledgeable, patient, and kind), my experience here was amazing. My dog was nervous walking in (as usual at the vet) and relaxed and wagging his tail when we left. I highly recommend this vet clinic. You won't be disappointed and your pet will be well cared for!

I have been going to Spring Valley for 11 years, yes, Dr. Flanagan and Dr. Stewart as well as their staff were absolutely amazing. My dog unfortunately has to go every four weeks and I really feel the doctor and staff have come along way to accommodating the Needs of our fur babies. I think people just need to give them a chance. They have a big shoe to fill as far as how wonderful Spring Valley has always been. I’m hoping my reviews continue to be positive with positive experiences as I will continue to go there as of right now.

Efficient and comprehensive vet appt for my two cats. They have always been helpful in keeping my cats healthy. The staff is friendly and compassionate.

Recently moved to the area so I was looking for a nearby vet as my dogs vaccines were due and was suffering from an ear infection. I called them up and they were able to get me in same day. Everyone one there from the front desk staff to doctors were really kind and helpful.

They are the best! Most friendliest and most caring very much for your pet as well as yourself! I would never go anywhere else but to them! They are absolutely so incredibly loving as well towards your pet. They truly do a full and thorough examination of your pet from nose to tail always being so incredibly kind and loving toward your pet no matter what. And they take time to answer your questions no matter how many you might have. They make you feel very comfortable as well as your pet is very safe. All the staff there are so extremely incredibly kind and humble and treat you like a friend.
