I had been searching all over the Westside for a good place where I could have my poodle mix Stella spayed when Sevilla was hIghly recommended. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the place clean, spacious, and well arranged. Upon meeting Dr. Pedraza, I was impressed by his positive energy and sensitivity to my Stella. He explained all the choices of different approaches to the surgery and said the spay could be done as soon as the next day. After the successful procedure, the staff gave me some medication for Stella along with clear instructions on how to care for her to insure proper healing. And Dr. Pedraza had even flushed her eyes to reduce the red staining around her eyes - included in the cost of the spay, which I must say was very reasonable! The consideration shown in follow-up a week later was so reassuring - Dr. Pedraza and the staff at Sevilla are a real gift to our community. Stella and I are so grateful for this happy first vet experience!

I had the BEST experience. My dog ( happy even after surgery) needed TPLO surgery. He had the same surgery about two years ago on his right leg and it was really expensive and impersonal so I wanted to find another place he could have the surgery on his other leg. Sevilla hospital was recommended to me so I reached out via email on a Sunday not expecting a response until Monday. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Pedraza had responded to my email on Sunday. This is an expensive surgery and I asked him if there was anything he could do for me with the price and he did help me out which I was very grateful for. He is very kind and caring and I had a overall great experience. We are two weeks post op and my dog is going exceptionally well. I needed help getting him in and out of the car, they were very helpful and kind all around. Dr. Pedraza even put him in the car!!!! It is very stressful when your pet has to have surgery. I felt very comfortable putting my dog in their hands.

I can’t thank Dr Pedraza & his wonderful staff enough! My cat Santana is just shy of 5 years old and was diagnosed last fall with a possibly cancerous mass in her intestine that required removal & biopsy. The first surgeon I went to wanted an insane price that I just couldn’t afford, but thankfully our usual vet recommended Sevilla. I brought Santana in for an initial consultation and they were able to perform the surgery the following week at a price and with a payment plan I could afford. The staff was very communicative with me during San’s stay and sent me daily updates and photos, which kept my mind at ease. Thankfully her biopsy came back completely cancer free, and despite her cone and stitches, she’s already well on her way back to her usual spunky self. Can’t recommend this facility enough!

Thank god for Sevilla! My pup is on the mend and it’s all because of them! They were not only quick getting me booked the minute we knew he tore his ACL but so so friendly once I arrived, explained everything thoroughly, and reasonably priced for a surgery that will give my dog his life back. Sevilla Vet saved our kittens life. Our silly guy ate a long piece of wrapping ribbon that we missed in the post-holiday clean up. It made its way to his small intestine so the only option was surgical removal. They were able to take us in immediately upon our referral from DTLAVets, had us sent right over and within a few hours they were operating and saving his little, furry life at half the cost of any other standard animal hospital. Dr. Pedraza and Sevilla Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. We were looking for a recommended Veterinary Surgeon to perform a laparoscopic preventative gastropexy and neuter for our pup Monty. Unlike many Veterinary Hospitals Sevilla Vet offered a complimentary detailed estimate/consultation (being that this was a preventative surgery and unsure we could afford, this was so appreciated!) We are so thankful Dr. Pedraza's facility offers a laparoscopic option! I highly recommend this option over the traditional approach for any abdominal surgery. The surgery was less invasive and healing process so much quicker! Dr. Pedraza even provides his patients with his preferred surgical suit, it was a game changer in recovery. When I had concerns and questions after we brought our pup home Dr. Pedraza reached out after hours answering questions and provided reassurance. Dr. Pedraza even went so far as to provide an ultrasound at follow up to confirm the surgery and pexy site were a success! This was a wonderful service and reassurance. Overall, a caring expert surgeon willing to go above and beyond with reasonable surgical and exam prices. Very happy to be able to support a local vet and business and receive expert care.
