Mt Paran Animal Hospital

Seriously cannot recommend everyone here enough! They took wonderful care of my older dog when he had cancer, and we always have a good experience with the thoroughness and level of care. They were so caring and attentive when my new rescue was there for boarding, and now she loves to come visit Dr Stowe and all her friends 🙂 When we need a appointment ASAP, we've always been able to get in next-day at the very latest, and often same-day. The lobby is clean and quiet (not too many pets waiting all at once). (Prices aren't anything different than what you'd find at other clinics in the area, and they are prompt when providing documentation to my insurance.)

Where do I begin! This is an amazing veterinary practice! Visiting from Seattle, my dog became very ill. They took my dog in without hesitation. Dr. Stowe and the team provided great care. Unfortunately my dog did not survive due to advanced heart disease. Dr. Stowe kept me updated while bloodwork and X-rays were done. She was so gentle, thoughtful and compassionate. Took time to provide detailed information on the treatments being done and the results. The entire team were so sweet and supportive. They try are the best!

I absolutely adore the people here and the care given to my beloved golden-doodle Leo. Response times, ease of booking, and care are top notch. Everyone is so welcoming and caring! The team here goes above and beyond in ensuring that our furry loved ones are given the best care and comfort. Dr. Carson has a genuine love for animals and her compassion and expertise are unmatched. 100/10 stars! 🌟 thank you for all you do!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Preis and Laura. I brought my dog Piper into see them for the very first time and she was incredibly sick. Both Dr. Preis and Laura rolled up their sleeves, sat on the floor, loved on my baby girl, and thoughtfully walked me through their plan of care. They happily brought her back the very next day for observation and made me feel so comforted knowing that Piper was in the best hands possible. While I hope we don’t have to go back to the vet for this situation anytime soon, I take great comfort in knowing how much of an amazing doctor Dr. Preis is, and such a wonderful teammate in Laura. They set the bar incredibly high.

Our Italian Greyhound, Amato (Italian for Beloved) goes crazy when we bring him in for a visit. He doesn't mind getting his shots when there is Cheese Wiz. He especially likes to get his nails trimmed. Thanks to the whole Mt. Paran Team.

The team at Mt Paran are amazing! I’ve been here a few times with my dog, and the team have made each visit a stress-free and easy experience. I love that the team noticed specific quirks about my dog’s personality and adapted the appointments in order to accommodate for it, which I super appreciate after experiencing visits at other clinics that left my dog stressed out. The new process of setting up an appointment is absolutely seamless and super convenient! At Mt Paran, I’m confident that my dog is in good care 🙂

They fit us in last minute. Doctor was patient, very knowledgeable and spent time explaining everything for my older dog who is having lots of health issues.
