Willow Glen Pet Hospital

The staff was extremely professional, patient, and helpful with our dog Sage. They took the time to explain everything that could be done for her and openly talked about pricing and what they felt could be useful now and what could be useful at a later time to avoid crazy fees. Everyone was very kind to our dog as she’s extra anxious and can be a little much to handle at times. Would highly recommend Dr. Williford and her entire staff.

We have a new puppy and have been going to a different vet for the first few months but haven’t been impressed. So we decided to try a new vet. We found Willow Glen Pet Hospital and are so glad we did. During our first visit, the staff was amazing, from the front desk to the vet tech to the vet. Every option was clearly laid out for us. The facility was incredibly clean. It was a huge difference! We’re so grateful we decided to look for a new vet and found Willow Glen Pet Hospital. The staff are really so wonderful.

Everyone was so amazing and obviously really cared! Dr. Shani and Dr. Gillon both did a phenomenal job handling my doggo with great care and consideration. My pups is a little bit older so there were some risks involved in the procedure that was needed. But the entire staff at Willow Glen made me feel fully supported throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough great things about them, nor can I fully express how happy I am to have Jax back in good health!

Love this place. Been very good with my pet. They make the time to help with appointments and always alert you in regards to pet care.

The people here are truly amazing. They are kind, friendly, and great at what they do. The accommodations they make for my dog Sirius when needed really make a difference, like squeezing him in when injured recently despite being slammed with appointments. Dr. Williford is amazing with animals (and owners), as are every other member of the team. My dog is my closest family member, and I completely trust them with his health. Take your pets here!

Rude service front desk always seem overwhelmed and rude. Nothing is really explained thoroughly staff is very snooty. I canceled my appointment and rescheduled they said they had no records of it. So if you're looking for friendly staff that genuine cares and takes the time this would not be the place. I experienced horrible service

I would highly recommend Willow Glen Pet Hospital. The staff is excellent and the doctors very knowledgeable. All my questions are answered and I never feel rushed.
