The staff is wonderful and the doctors are amazing. I have been taking my dog Mylo here since she was a baby. She has had some major health issues and they have seen her thru each one. I am so grateful for their dedication and commitment to her care.

i like the location and hours. i dislike that i can't be with or see my baby when they're putting a needle into him. i dislike how little the vet has interacted with me. they do not talk to me at appointments. it's an alienating experience and i worry about my pet. i don't know what they're doing and have no comfort with the person doing it. i have not even seen whoever is doing things behind closed doors.

I have been coming to this clinic for many years for several of the dogs that I’ve had. I have almost always been satisfied with the service. However I brought my dog in because he was losing hair in little spots all over his body. It was very strange. The doctor told me it was allergies which I really doubted but I spent money on all of the tests shots and medications and shampoo and of course none of it worked. I took him to another vet and found out he had hypothyroidism. It was treated easily with medication and supplements and he is so much better. I am unhappy that the doctor did not listen to me when I said it was not allergies and that he looked at the same blood tests did not see the hypothyroidism. I felt like he was just making money off of my situation and didn’t really care for my dog. I am sad to write this because I have gotten some good care here too but this is unacceptable.

Cannot recommend these folks enough. They will get you in fast, they won't waste your time, and the prices are better than anywhere else around. The technician Meera was uniquely attentive, kind, understanding, and made sure to get a holistic view of the issue we were having with our domestic shorthair. No treatments or medications were forcefully pushed on us or shamed on us and we were given multiple treatment options. We will return here for future vet visits!

Updated review post my last visit. I had a rough last visiting experience due to communication challenges and wasn’t be connected to the right doctor who had full context about my cat. The younger doctor took time even outside of office hours and offered me a virtual appointment so my cat won’t stress out again by going into the carrier and walked me through all his suggestions patiently. I really appreciated their fast efforts to improve and address my previous visiting challenges. I will continue to get help for my cat here.

Great Doctors and the only place I’ve taken my dogs for the past 15 years. Pandemic and mask mandate is over and they are still not letting people in to the reception area or waiting room. It’s a little uncomfortable to wait in my hot car with my dog for nearly 30 minutes rather than an air conditioned waiting room. I would also prefer to consult the Doctor in person for questions that normal dog owners have. Other than that, the doctors are awesome and very compassionate.
