I would suggest booking another location based on how the staff made us feel. My pet was not even examined even though we were early and patiently waiting. The staff determined that the appointment did not match their definition of routine wellness and turned us back. I would have appreciated at least if they examined my pets situation since we repeatedly requested for it.

Me parece terrible que le hagan perder a uno el tiempo y no sea gente seria. Me dicen que en 30 a 40 minutos me atienden, espero más de una hora para que me digan, no podemos atender a su perro? Es en serio? Vivo a casi 1 hora de la clínica, pido permiso en mi trabajo porque necesitaba traer a mi perro que esta herido y me hacen perder más de una esperando para que a la final no puedan atender a mi perro. Falta de respeto. I find it terrible that they make me waste my time and they are not serious people. They tell me that they will see me in 30 to 40 minutes, I wait more than an hour for them to tell me, can we not see your dog? Are you serious? I live almost an hour away from the clinic, I ask for permission from my work because I need to bring my dog who is injured and they make me waste more than one hour waiting so that in the end they cannot see my dog. Lack of respect.
