Banfield Pet Hospital

Out of all the Banfield locations in San Jose, we chose this one because of its good ratings. When we arrived, they asked for our dog’s documents, and we gave them everything we had. They told us they would return them once they were done, but we never received them when we picked up our dog. At first, I thought it might have just been an oversight, so we waited for a phone call, but nothing came. A few days later, I called to check if they still had our dog’s documents, and they told us they could no longer find them. We had carefully kept our dog’s documents since day one, only to lose all of them in one place. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Good reviews don’t always mean you’ll get good service. It feels like once they have your money, everything else is forgotten.

The team at Silver Creek were very thoughtful and sincere. Missy showed great customer service at the front desk answering all our questions and getting us set up for our visit. Dr. Choi was lovely as ever with her great expertise and caring nature. I missed the name of the technician for Diesel’s appointment but she showed Diesel so much love to help ease him through the appointment, which is not easy with a 100lb dog. I’m so grateful he was in their wonderful hands.

I’ve been bringing my cat, Umi, to Banfield San Jose Silver Creek for 2+ years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care we’ve received. The entire veterinary team is always friendly, caring, attentive, and quick to help whenever Umi needs anything. They consistently prioritize her health and offer thoughtful solutions for every concern. Umi’s spay procedure was handled smoothly, and she recovered very quickly thanks to their excellent care. The staff is also incredibly accommodating—when Umi was especially nervous, they allowed me to stay with her during regular tests, which made a big difference for both of us. Overall, Banfield Silver Creek is by far the best vet clinic I’ve experienced. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care!

Izzy girl is a on a wellness plan here since she is a senior dog. Great staff and customer service and thorough on check ups. Been coming here for years.

The care team at Banfield Silver Creek San Jose has been amazing in looking after our 16 year old Maltese. Cannot thank them enough…especially Dr. Choi.

Since I started coming here in 2021 the staff here has been nothing but caring, kind, and helpful. Until now my pets have only gone in for preventative care, but recently one of my pets fell ill. I called and they were able to offer me an appointment for that same morning which was amazing. I brought my cat in, and he was there for several hours as they ran tests and gave him medications. Whatever they did worked amazingly, because as soon as I brought my cat home he seemed sooo much happier and started acting normally again. I am so thankful for them and I feel so relieved that my cat was in good hands, and is feeling better! Slight bonus to this Banfield, I've compared to many other clinics around the area, they are the most affordable for the kind of care you get.
