Very good vet dr. , we were very impressed by the Dr's knowledge and helpful tips during the visit. It was an expensive first visit, tough worth the knowledge of the Dr. We bought in our Mastiff all 93.5 lbs. They took good care of her. We adopted her from San Martin Animal center about 2 weeks ago. Very happy with dog, she's a big sweet teddy bear when she's not protective. Thank you, Pet Care.

Dr. Kang is an exceptional veterinarian! His no-nonsense approach and clear communication put us at ease, even in anxious moments. When our pup Sushi had a scary episode of bloody stool, he quickly diagnosed the issue and reassured us it was inflammation-related and not a major concern. We appreciated his emphasis on avoiding unnecessary meds and his suggestion to stick with a plain diet and probiotics, which we were already doing. What really impressed us was his professionalism and skill during Sushi's spay surgery at 9 months. The stitches were impeccable, and the recovery was smooth. We're grateful for Dr. Kang's expertise, empathy, and straightforward approach. He's truly a trusted partner in our pup's health, and we highly recommend him to fellow pet owners!

Dr. Kang exam my dog, Copper earlier and I’m so grateful that is our veterinarian. He is awesome and he has all of my 3 dogs as his patients. He has all my trust to treat 3 dogs for years now. Give a try with Dr. Kang services and you will be happy that your is in good hands. I love his front desk assistants. They are all friendly as well. Update for June 3rd, 2025. Copper is having cancer. He is 12 years old now. I took him to UC DAVIS and the doctors there told me Copper only had about 2 months life expectancy left from September 29th, 2024. I was heart broken. He is my golden child. I didn’t give up and I took Copper back to see Dr. Kang for discussion and tried many different ways to help me have more days with him. I’m so glad I did it with Dr. Kang. As of today, Copper is still walking by my side without any much help. Here are his pictures just took days couple of weeks ago. To the pet parents, I recommend you try to see Dr. Kang to help your fur baby if not get well then still a chance have better quality of life with you as much as possible . Thank you Dr. Kang for all of your hard work. We love you. The first picture is I just took now. He still stand on his own with a word "woof".

Extremely unprofessional and money-driven We took our dog here for a dental cleaning, and the whole experience was terrible. They gave no clear instructions before and after the procedure. Doctor never showed up after the procedure. During the operation, they suddenly called us and said our dog needed to have 7 teeth pulled, giving us only five minutes to decide, and charging $100 per tooth. They even tried to scare us, saying that if we didn’t agree, the surrounding teeth would also rot. We refused, and later brought the X-ray to a human dentist, who confirmed that this was not a standard procedure and that the teeth did not need to be extracted at all. This clinic clearly cares more about money than the pet’s health. I strongly suggest everyone stay away from this place.

I went to Dr. Kong because he was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I felt that his diagnosis and recommendations were good. However, I was not happy with the service when I tried to contact the office later on. My cat is very elderly and has kidney problems, and specialty low-protein food that can only be prescribed by a vet (can't be purchased off the shelf without a prescription). I called the vet two times after the initial visit, which I did pay for, to request a prescription for this food, but unfortunately they did not call me back. I understand that vets can be quite busy, but at least the office staff should follow-up to make sure that customers receive a call back. Ultimately, I got frustrated and went to another vet's office to get the follow-up and prescription.

While vacationing in San Jose my service dog got a foxtail burr stuck in his paw. The vet was able to see him the very next day and removed it without causing more pain, provided an antibiotic, and a cone for a fast recovery. I am thankful for his gentle healing of my precious fur baby! Staff and veterinarian was kind, on time, and did an AMAZING job! Thank you soo much!
