We have been using a local San Jose vet recently gobbled up by the VCA group. Straight downhill they went. So it was no surprise when we had an urgent care need due to a significant foot laceration VCA told us they could get us in late the next day. Then we were referred by a fried to Canyon Creek Vet. What a blessing! We had never been there yet they still managed to get our Newfoundland in within one hour! Incredible reaction and accommodation by a team and practice to treat an urgent case like it's urgent. We were checked in and had a treatment plan ready in ten minutes. The vet team and staff were incredible. Fast, friendly and the facility is really nice. We will be moving our pet care to this location and team. Just outstanding service! Greg.

Canyon Creek is one of the best Vet clinics I have been going to for 5 years now. The staff is very thoughtful and efficient. They will do their best to help accommodate for your situation and schedule and all very much care for your fur babies. Dr. Gafter is very kind and understanding. He is very thorough and will provide as much information he can so that you can make the best educated decisions for your loved ones. Everyone handles both my corgi runt and my cat with cardiomyopathy with so much care, I can't imagine them being under anyone else's care. My cat was diagnosed a few years ago by the ER with only a year to live but thanks to this clinic's continued care, I've been able to enjoy an additional few borrowed years and still going. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that wants the best care for their little ones.

I had a wonderful first experience bringing my cat in for a checkup. I had been looking for a vet who was not only knowledgeable, but also truly caring, dedicated, and thoughtful and I’m so happy I found this place. From the moment we arrived, the whole team made us feel welcome and well cared for. The front desk was lovely and kind, Dr. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and Kat, the technician, was so gentle and caring with my cat. I was honestly amazed by the level of care, professionalism, and compassion. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Our dog suffered from Cherry Eye and needed surgery. Dr. Paz Gafter and the staff were very professional, accommodating, and reassuring. The treatment was comprehensive, and they made sure our dog was comfortable while also providing everything we needed to support his recovery at home. I highly recommend this pet clinic.

I have two large dogs and a cat. I will legitimately never take my pets anywhere else, short of leaving the state. The team is friendly, honest, transparent, and understanding. Despite not being the cheapest option, they have saved me at least hundreds of dollars, if not thousands. And my peace of mind (knowing all of my pets are in great hands) is priceless.

CCPH has been our vet for 15+ years, the staff is kind and very flexible if we need to reschedule. The technician we had this time was very sweet with Max (he only needed rabies vaccination), all in all another very good experience.

Dr Paz was very nice and patiently assessed and explained the situation of my dog and the procedure that was needed to be done. The clinic is very pleasant. friendly and professional at the same time.The communication with the office was excellent as well.
