Modern Animal NOPA

Modern Animal has been such a wonderful veterinary experience. Their app makes everything incredibly easy — I love the chat feature because I can quickly ask questions and get helpful answers without always needing to schedule a visit. Booking appointments through the app is simple and convenient, and overall the care has been very reasonably priced compared to many vet clinics. What really meant the most to me was the kindness they showed when my cat passed away. They sent flowers and a handwritten card, which was such a thoughtful gesture during a really difficult time. It truly showed how much they care about both pets and their owners. I’m very grateful for the compassion and support from the Modern Animal team and highly recommend them.

I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Jeon at Modern Animal. He’s thorough, takes time to answer all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking, and does a great job explaining what to expect so there are no surprises later. I’ve had similar experiences with other doctors. One part of the experience was a bit uncomfortable, though. I was coached about getting fecal and urine samples returned on time after the nurse had already asked the lab if they would still accept them one day late. I completely understand the importance of returning samples on time, but since it was already established that they were late, the "reprimand" felt unnecessary. Overall, Dr. Jeon provides excellent care and I trust him with both of my dogs. I’d recommend Modern Animal and the membership style vet approach to anyone considering it.

Definitely recommend! They have monthly options or you can pay per visit! They have amazing little duck treats available and on your first visit they give you a little welcome packet and my dog loved the lil wool bone! We had a really great experience.

This place makes it all so easy and I very much appreciate that. The app is everything and has changed the way I think about booking an appointment or communicating with staff. SO. EASY. It is by far the best vet experience I have ever had with my 2 dogs. Every vet we have seen there has been A+, and the people at the front are so helpful and friendly.

We saw Dr. Frankenberger for my cat who was having an eye issue. He was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail. It was wonderful that we could get an appointment the next day and get my cat the treatment that she needed. All prices were clearly transparent, which was a wonderful experience as well. The vet techs were also all professional.

We received truly kind, thorough, and compassionate care for our kitty during a very stressful time. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was welcoming, patient, and incredibly attentive, not just to our pet, but to us as worried pet owners as well. Every step of the visit was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. It was obvious that our cat was treated with genuine gentleness and respect, and the staff took the time to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. We can’t thank the team enough.
