We took our 15-year-old dog in because he wasn’t walking anymore and we wanted an opinion about whether he should be put down or not. We also wanted some pain medication. The vet was so sweet and said we were doing the right thing by having him put down. They didn’t even charge us for the Office visit, just the medication. The veterinarian was amazing and made us feel very comfortable. Every time we bring our animals to Vetco, we have a good experience.

Took Miss Bella Sue in for allergies. We had a wonderful experience. Dr Johnson and staff were all very nice and helpful. We will be coming back. 10/10 recommend

The doctor and vet tech were super helpful so nice the only problem was the receptionist who was an older woman, seemed like she was training someone else, and was so rude, also did not like her attitude or customer service. First of all, I did not like how she talked to the vet tech questioning why she changed the name on the account holder second she didn’t want to check or scan my coupon because she believed I was there before when this was sent to my email. She didn’t care to say "Of course let’s see if the coupon works" She probably judged me to be a liar/fraud of some sort. She tried to reimburse after saying some things to each other in front of a crowd after paying the full amount. Will I go back… maybe but I might consider switching to a different vetco or going to a different place. Don't want to deal with that kid of people the first thing you walk in.

Thank you Dr. Johnson & the entire care team for such a wonderful experience for both myself and my first fur baby Dashi. Our first visit felt safe and was very informative. I was able to do a second round of vaccines and get a flea medication prescription.
