I forgot to leave a review for my dog’s emergency visit here in a Friday night. He got a foxtail up his nose from Morely Field Dog Park in 2024. Everyone was so lovely, comforting, and accommodating. They were prompt to do surgery to relive my poor pup’s pain. Thank you again to the whole team! **I included a little vid of the foxtails at the dog park, be careful friends!! The only sign i got was my dog started sneezing uncontrollably 💔 after surgery though he was good as ever immediately after, thankfully!

Such an amazing clinic. The staff is sweet and efficient. Both Dr Serdy and Dr Vineyard are great with my dramatic husky, resolving issues professionally, practically, and honestly economically. Sadly, I also recently had to put my cat to sleep suddenly and they were so amazing with sweet, thoughtful, and caring—making a hard situation just that much easier. Highly recommend!

We took Winston here after he kept shaking his head and not acting oddly. The staff was nothing but nice and understanding. Given that Winston is an Italian greyhound and can be very nervous, they did all of the work in front of me to help Winston stay calm. Doctor Vineyard and Zara were very sweet to my boy. I really appreciate the entire team here!

I had always appreciated this Vet until my phone call this afternoon. My dog MacKenzie is blind, and deaf due to complications from diabetes we think. She has been receiving 2 shots per day for about 6 months and she is doing great as my wite and I get used to dealing with a special needs dog. Unfortunately since l'm on disability, I cannot afford a visit to their facility for x-rays and other things, which will be hundreds of dollars and then also afford the insulin to keep her alive. They were willing to turn my amazing blind and deaf dog away rather than write me a Rx that is obviously working. Our job now with her being almost 14 is to make her days as comfortable as possible until the good Lord takes her. I am not a complainer, never have been, but this is unacceptable and I pray as many potential clients see this and realize their M.O. is with the Almighty dollar as opposed to the well being of my dog. They would rather let her die than write me an Rx. WOW!! Please pray for my MacKenzie. Thank you

If a health issue arises, they take the time to explain all care options with patience and empathy. My dog and cat have both been under their care for years, and I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this vet clinic! Yesterday, I brought my 9-year-old cat in for excessive grooming and skin allergies. I called on Monday and was able to be seen by 10 a.m. the following Tuesday. I am impressed by how quick and low-stress everything was. I arrived fifteen minutes early and was checked in and in a private room within five minutes. The whole appointment took less than forty-five minutes. Also, after meeting with the doctor, they brought in a cost estimate and walked me through everything that needed to be done. I like how up-front and thorough this vet practice is! However, how they care for cats truly makes this place a gem. My cat was already stressed being in the waiting room because another dog was present, so they quickly moved us into the exam room. Each vet was so kind and patient with my cat! I interacted with three vets and technicians; each one was so gentle and took the time to pet my cat before completing an exam or procedure. Usually, after a vet visit, my cat is traumatized for the rest of the day. For the first time, this visit barely affected my cat, and she was acting normally within a few minutes of being home. I highly recommend this vet clinic, and I'm impressed by how much they prioritize a low-stress experience for anxious cats.
